【摘要】：休闲观光农业园的发展满足了城市居民亲近自然、返朴归真的个性化需求,为快节奏都市生活的人们提供了一个健康的休闲活动场所,缓解了城市居民在工作及生活上的压力。伴随着我国城市化建设的快速推进,休闲观光农业园一方面保证了农业的生产性功能,另一方面也将农业休闲度假、生态保护、农耕文化等生活性功能展现出来,形成了生产、生活与生态三位一体的综合发展模式,对地方经济发展、社会稳定以及环境改善等方面起到了积极的推动作用。但由于我国观光农业起步较晚,休闲观光农业园的景观规划设计在实践中缺少规范法规支持,加上其开发目标往往以经济利益为首要导向,所以在开发过程中时常出现方案与结果偏离的现象,无法体现休闲观光农业园的设计初衷；另外,园区的景观规划设计往往是单独的作品,很少有系统性的规划和引导,这对于未来休闲观光农业园的可持续发展也带来了许多不利因素。如何将先进的规划设计理念融入到规划设计过程之中,并且能够行之有效的管理园区发展?如何提升休闲观光农业园景观规划设计水平,并将方法论融入到具体项目实践当中?本论文尝试从这些社会需求角度出发,以休闲观光农业园景观规划设计的角度为切入点,着重研究了休闲观光农业园设计的理论依据、规划控制要素以及具体设计内容,归纳出针对不同规模休闲观光农业园的可控层面,以此为景观规划设计提供参考性指标及指导思路,同时本论文对休闲观光农业园区景观规划设计可参照并依据的规范条款进行了分析,并就制订适合于我国农业旅游及休闲观光农业园设计的相关规范法规和行业标准提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The development of leisure agricultural tourism park to meet the personalized needs of city residents to get close to nature, recover the original simplicity, provides a healthy leisure place for the people to the fast-paced urban life, city residents to ease the pressure in work and life. With the rapid development of China's city construction, leisure sightseeing agriculture garden hand to ensure the agricultural production function, on the other hand, agricultural leisure, ecological protection, show life of farming culture, the formation of production, life and ecological comprehensive development mode of three-in-one, for local economic development, social stability and improve the environment played a positive role in promoting. But because of agro tourism in China started late, the lack of standardized regulations in support of landscape planning and design of sightseeing agriculture park in practice, and its development objectives tend to economic interests as The primary orientation, so often appear the phenomenon of deviation from the plan and results in the development process, the original design can not reflect the leisure agricultural tourism park; in addition, the landscape planning and design of the park is often a separate works, there is little systematic planning and guidance for the future sustainable development of leisure leisure agricultural tourism park also brought many how will the unfavorable factors. Advanced design concepts into the planning and design process, and to develop the effective management of the park? How to improve the leisure sightseeing agriculture park landscape planning and design level, and the methodology into practice? This paper attempts to start from the social demand perspective, from the perspective of leisure sightseeing agriculture garden landscape planning and design as the starting point, focusing on the theoretical basis for the design of leisure sightseeing agriculture park, planning control elements and specific design content, Summed up the controllable level in different scales of leisure and sightseeing agriculture park, so as to provide reference index and guidance for landscape planning and design, terms and conditions, at the same time this paper on the landscape planning and design of sightseeing agriculture park and on the basis of reference are analyzed, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of suitable for China's agricultural tourism and leisure tourism design the agricultural garden relevant norms and regulations and industry standards.
