保健型私家庭院园林设计原理与实践研究

【摘要】：在当代城市化的进程中,人们随着生活水平的提高,更加关注自身的身体健康状况。现代科学的发展,使国内外的环境心理学和医学渗透到景观设计,大大扩展了园林的功能性。设计私家庭院的需求日渐增加,除视觉效果外,居住者开始注重其保健性功能。然而国内保健性庭院景观设计起步较晚,规划设计的理论不够完善,实际建造过程中很多问题得不到解决。为了给保健型庭院设计提供理论基础,并对设计实践起到指导作用,本研究首先对国内外相关保健园林设计应用的理论与实践资料进行搜集、查阅和总结,明确了私人保健型庭院概念的内涵和外延,提出了私人保健型庭院的基本特征；再对有保健园林发展较早、效果较好的上海地区的典型保健型园林和奥克兰地区较有特色的私家庭院进行调研,利用对使用者使用感受的访问,从使用者日常保健行为、对自己身心影响等方面进行分析,较为系统地研究了将保健性功能植物应用于私家庭院设计理论和实践经验,发现并总结了造成保健性私家庭院成功案例较少的几点问题：保健型庭院的环境设计对使用者心理及行为需要考量缺失,理论体系不够完善；保健型庭院的保健因子设计应用单一,实际建设对理论与使用者需求结合不足；保健性植物应用的引导不足：保健型庭院的园艺养护管理不规范；实践经验不足,且区域发展不平衡。在文献总结与实地调研的基础上,对保健功能植物在私家庭院中的应用进行研究,介绍了保健功能植物的主要类别及配置原则。在理论分析与实践调查的基础上,进一步总结出保健性私家庭院的概念、特点,将保健性植物的作用特点、机理等作归纳利用在不同空间类型的庭院中,融合循证设计的方法理念,充分考虑使用者的实际需求,关注使用者在设计建设过程中的参与度,最大限度地展现“以人为本”的思想,进而提高庭院的效用,创造出人与自然和谐共生的生态系统。最后以上海康桥半岛、汤臣一品的设计为实例,将保健型私家庭院空间营造景观设计应用于实践,验证所研究的设计理论和方法的可操作性和适用性,以期为推动保健型私家庭院发展提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the process of contemporary urbanization, with the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to their own health. With the development of modern science, environmental psychology and medicine at home and abroad permeate landscape design. Greatly expand the functionality of the garden. Private courtyard design demand is increasing, in addition to visual effects, residents began to pay attention to its health care function. However, the domestic health garden landscape design started late. The theory of planning and design is not perfect, and many problems can not be solved in the process of actual construction. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the design of healthy courtyard, and to play a guiding role in the design practice. Firstly, this study collected, consulted and summarized the theoretical and practical data of the application of health care garden design at home and abroad, and clarified the connotation and extension of the concept of private health care garden. The basic characteristics of private health care courtyard are put forward. After that, the typical health garden in Shanghai and the private courtyard in Auckland were investigated, and the users were interviewed. Based on the analysis of users' daily health care behavior and their physical and mental effects, the theory and practical experience of applying health functional plants to private courtyard design were systematically studied. Found and summarized the few successful cases of health care private courtyard: the environmental design of health care courtyard needs to consider the psychology and behavior of the user, and the theoretical system is not perfect; The design of the health care factor of the health care courtyard is single, and the practical construction is insufficient to combine the theory with the demand of the user. Lack of guidance in the application of healthy plants: the garden maintenance and management of health care courtyard is not standardized; On the basis of literature summary and field investigation, the application of health functional plants in private courtyard was studied. On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical investigation, the concept and characteristics of health care private courtyard were further summarized, and the function characteristics of health care plants were summarized. Mechanism and so on in different space types of courtyard, the integration of evidence-based design method concept, fully consider the actual needs of users, concerned about the participation of users in the design and construction process. To maximize the display of "people-oriented" idea, and then improve the effectiveness of the courtyard, create a harmonious and symbiotic ecological system between man and nature. Finally, take Shanghai Kangqiao Peninsula, Tomson Yiyi design as an example. This paper applies the landscape design of the health care private courtyard space to practice, and verifies the feasibility and applicability of the design theory and method studied in order to provide reference and reference for promoting the development of the private courtyard of the health care type.
