中东铁路附属地历史建筑的原真性研究

【摘要】：中东铁路附属地历史建筑是建立在一定的社会背景下,是多元文化和审美观念相互碰撞、融合的结果下产生的,它有着悠久的历史、浓郁的风情和独特的建筑空间环境。其中,大量的历史建筑具有极高的艺术价值和历史价值。然而,随着时代的变迁,社会经济的迅猛发展,世界范围内的经济变革,城市结构发生着巨大的变化,中东铁路附属地历史建筑保护并没有得到足够的重视和完善的保护,即使受到保护的历史建筑也存在着保护不当、原真性遭到破坏的情况。原真性是文化遗产价值判定的重要因素、历史建筑保护的重要原则,能够让人们树立正确的保护思想和观念、认识科学的历史保护的措施和方法,有利于传递中东铁路真实的历史信息。因此,保护建筑的原真性才是中东铁路历史建筑保护工作的核心内容。本文以原真性作为主要出发点,对中东铁路附属地的历史建筑做了大量的调研和实地考察。首先,对中东铁路附属地历史建筑的原真性要素进行分类和特征提取,进行了归纳和总结；其次,在对大量原真性要素进行分析的基础上,对中东铁路附属地历史建筑原真性的保护现状做了分类研究,从而提出保护中普遍存在的问题,总结出中东铁路附属地历史建筑的原真性保护原则；最后,在对问题深入分析的基础上,针对不同层面,提出相应的保护策略,以期对中东铁路附属地历史建筑的原真性受到保护和重视,同时可以为其他类别的历史建筑保护工作提供一定的借鉴和引导。
[Abstract]:The Middle East Railway subsidiary historical building is built in a certain social background, multi culture and aesthetic ideas collide, produced under the fusion results, it has a long history, rich style and unique architectural space environment. Among them, many historic buildings have a very high artistic value and historical value. However, with the change of the times, the rapid development of social economy, the world economic transformation, changing the structure of the city, the protection of historical building Affiliated Middle East Railway and did not get enough attention and perfect protection, even under the protection of historic buildings are properly protected, the authenticity of the destruction of the situation. Authenticity is an important factor of cultural heritage value, an important principle of the protection of historical buildings, allowing people to set up correct protection ideas and concepts, understanding of the history of science. The measures and methods of nursing, is conducive to the transfer of the Middle East Railway real historical information. Therefore, to protect the authenticity of the building is the core of the Middle East Railway historical building protection work. In this paper, the authenticity as the main starting point for the Middle East Railway subsidiaries of historic buildings made a large amount of investigation and on-the-spot investigation. First of all, the authenticity of elements on the Middle East Railway subsidiary historical building classification and feature extraction are summarized; secondly, based on a lot of authenticity factors on the analysis of the status quo of the protection of the Middle East Railway subsidiary historical building of the original really made a classification research, thus put forward the common problems in protection. Summed up the authenticity of the principle of protection of the Middle East Railway subsidiary historical building; finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the problem, according to different level, put forward the corresponding protection strategy, with a view to the Middle East The original authenticity of the historical buildings attached to the railway is protected and paid attention to, and it can also provide some reference and guidance for the protection of other types of historical buildings.
