我国体育行政组织的危机控制研究

【摘要】：当前,我国体育事业飞速发展,体育行政组织居于核心管理地位。同时,媒介影响力不断扩大,加速了体育危机事件的传播,成为危机管理的重要环节。然而,受资源结构、管理方式和社会转型等相关因素的影响,我国体育行政组织普遍缺乏媒介应对互动机制。因此,本文将以媒介表现为分析依据,研究我国体育行政组织的危机控制。以此帮助我国体育行政组织更好地运用媒介完善管理职能,提高危机管理的效率和效果,适应媒介的快速发展,从而提升体育行政组织的公信力,降低危机损害。本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法和比较研究法,以近期发生的孙杨兴奋剂事件和川辽男篮冲突事件为具体案例。笔者通过选取媒介样本,从新闻报道概况、内容、质疑点、信源、报道倾向及自媒体传播情况进行分析,探究媒介和体育行政组织在危机不同阶段的表现。用媒介反应指标判断体育组织在危机控制和媒介应对方面存在的问题和成因,进而对体育管理部门的媒介应对策略和危机传播手段提出建议。通过对上述案例媒介景观的分析,总结出我国体育行政组织在危机控制方面存在的问题是:1.危机酝酿期没有建立危机预警系统;2.危机爆发期和发展期没有事实和价值层面的双向沟通;3.危机消退期没有进行危机恢复管理和效果评估。在媒介应对方面存在的问题是:1.时间向度上缺乏时效性;2.告知的内容选择缺乏针对性;3.信源单一失衡;4.没能建立完善的发声机制。对此,体育组织应在日常报道中加强媒介建构;建立以危机预警系统、事实和价值层面的双向沟通、危机恢复管理和效果评估为主的危机控制系统;改善媒介应对表现,注重有效表达,加强自媒体建设;补全危机新闻发布会和危机发言人制度,改革组织结构。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of sports in our country, the sports administrative organizations are in the core management position. Meanwhile, the media influence is expanding constantly, which accelerates the spread of sports crisis events and becomes an important link in crisis management. Influenced by the related factors such as resource structure, management style and social transformation, Chinese sports administrative organizations generally lack the interaction mechanism of media response. Therefore, this paper will take the media performance as the basis of analysis. This paper studies the crisis control of the sports administrative organization in our country, so as to help the sports administrative organization of our country better use the media to perfect the management function, improve the efficiency and effect of the crisis management, and adapt to the rapid development of the media. In order to improve the credibility of sports administrative organizations, reduce the crisis damage. This paper uses the literature method, case analysis and comparative research method. By selecting media samples, the author selects media samples, from news reports, content, query points, sources of information. The tendency of reporting and the situation of media communication were analyzed. Explore the media and sports administrative organizations in different stages of the performance of the crisis. With the media response indicators to determine the sports organizations in crisis control and media response problems and causes. And then put forward suggestions to the media coping strategy and crisis communication means of the sports management department. Through the analysis of the media landscape of the above cases. It is concluded that the existing problems in crisis control of sports administrative organizations in China are: 1. No crisis early warning system was established in the period of crisis brewing; 2. There is no two-way communication between the outbreak of the crisis and the development period at the level of facts and values; 3. Crisis recovery management and effect evaluation are not carried out in the period of crisis receding. The problem in media response is: 1. Lack of timeliness in time dimension; 2.The content choice of the communication is not targeted; 3.Unbalance of information source; 4.failing to establish sound mechanism. In this regard, sports organizations should strengthen media construction in their daily reports; Establishing a crisis control system with crisis early warning system, two-way communication between facts and value level, crisis recovery management and effect evaluation; Improve the media performance, pay attention to effective expression, strengthen the self-media construction; To complement the crisis press conference and crisis spokesman system, reform the organizational structure.
