【摘要】：“绿道”的概念源于国外,最早出现在美国、英国、法国、新加坡等世界著名国家的规划建设实践当中,之后逐渐引入中国,在珠江三角洲等较为发达城市,将绿道的建设作为城市绿地系统规划中的一部分。在国家不断重视生态化建设的背景下,社会活动随着城市的多元化也变得更为多样化,同时使人们对于社会的价值观也在发生着改变,休闲成为人们不可缺少的生活方式。但由于城市的快速发展所导致城市环境生态污染严重,城市中的温室效应、热岛效应不断加剧,加之城市中可用于建设或改造的绿地有限,人们更加迫切的渴望能够在城市中体会自然,享受绿色健康的生活。因此,绿道的出现能够有效缓解高密度人口聚集的城市对绿地空间的合理规划,为城市居民提供绿色的开敞空间。本文旨在通过对国内外绿道的理论研究和案例分析,从中获取对我国绿道建设的启示以及指导方向。同时整合分析城市绿道的定义及其理论发展演变的特征、城市绿道的功能以及在城市建设中的作用,结合现阶段我国绿道规划中存在的问题以及相关对策研究,从而探索出适合泰安市绿道规划设计的方法与理论指导,以期为泰安城市绿道建设提供帮助。论文的核心部分是对泰安市重点绿道的规划研究。主要包括规划层面和设计层面。规划层面针对泰安市绿道规划现状、文化要素、城市交通、骑行路线几方面进行分层分析,从而进行节点系统规划、绿道分类规划、功能分区规划的叠加规划,探讨出利用“山水城市”理念来指导泰安市绿道的建设。通过分析泰安市城市绿道现存的忽略山水环境、城市特色不突出以及城市道路景观与山水景观没有紧密联系的问题,制定出几条利用“山水城市”理念的解决策略,通过城市绿道连接城市周边的山水资源与历史人文资源,来增强城市山与水的互动,提高城市品味和核心竞争力。最后,论文以泰安城市绿道近期规划重点作为设计部分,选取每种类型的绿道进行现状分析,并对其作出初步设计,选取不同的乔灌草及水生植物进行绿道的植物配置,丰富绿道景观,在合适的节点区域增加不同级别的驿站,同时针对城市绿道的专项配套设施进行规划,从多方面来完善绿道的建设,最终制定出泰安城市绿道的规划目标,并对泰安市绿道做出展望。
[Abstract]:The concept of "Green Road" originated from abroad. It first appeared in the planning and construction practice of famous countries such as the United States, Britain, France, Singapore and so on. After that, it was gradually introduced into China and more developed cities such as the Pearl River Delta. Green road construction as a part of the urban green space system planning. In the context of the country has been paying attention to ecological construction, social activities along with the diversification of the city has become more diversified. At the same time, people's values for society are also changing, leisure has become an indispensable way of life. However, because of the rapid development of the city, the urban ecological pollution is serious, the Greenhouse Effect in the city. With the increasing heat island effect and the limited green space available for construction or transformation in the city, people are eager to experience nature and enjoy a green and healthy life in the city. The emergence of green roads can effectively alleviate the urban green space planning with high density population and provide urban residents with green open space. The purpose of this paper is to study the theory of green roads at home and abroad and to analyze the cases. At the same time, it analyzes the definition of urban green road, the characteristics of its theoretical development and evolution, the function of urban green road and its role in urban construction. Combined with the existing problems in the green road planning of our country at present and the related countermeasure research, this paper explores the method and theoretical guidance suitable for the planning and design of the green road in Taian city. In order to provide help for the construction of Taian city green road. The core part of the paper is the planning of key green roads in Taian city. It mainly includes planning level and design level. The planning level is aimed at the current situation of green road planning in Tai'an city. Cultural elements, urban traffic, cycling routes are stratified analysis, so as to carry out node system planning, green road classification planning, functional zoning planning superimposed planning. This paper discusses how to use the concept of "landscape city" to guide the construction of green road in Taian city. By analyzing the existing landscape environment of green road in Taian city. The urban characteristics are not prominent and the urban road landscape and landscape landscape are not closely related to the problem, and several strategies to use the concept of "landscape city" are worked out. Through the urban green road to connect the landscape resources around the city and historical human resources, to enhance the interaction between urban mountains and water, improve urban taste and core competitiveness. Finally. This paper takes the key point of the recent planning of Taian city green road as the design part, selects each kind of green road to carry on the present situation analysis, and makes the preliminary design to it. Select different trees, shrub grass and aquatic plants for the green road plant configuration, enrich the green road landscape, in the appropriate node area to add different levels of post station, at the same time for the city green road special supporting facilities planning. From many aspects to perfect the construction of green road, finally draw up the planning goal of Taian city green road, and make a prospect to Taian city green road.
