【摘要】：在当今发展的时代潮流下,文化主题餐饮空间应运而生。如何营造具有文化特征的餐饮空间环境,以满足人们的精神需求成为设计者思考与探究的重点。文化主题餐厅作为餐饮空间文化的载体,对表达餐饮空间文化和诠释主题内涵起了非常重要的作用。鲁文化作为中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,积淀了丰富的艺术成果,在建筑、服饰、青铜、绘画、音乐等领域取得了突出成就。本文对文化主题餐饮空间进行分析,从鲁文化的解读入手,提取鲁文化的视觉符号,为相关的鲁文化餐饮空间设计的实践研究奠定理论基础。文中通过实际案例,将分析与提炼的鲁文化视觉符号应用到鲁文化主题餐饮空间设计中,在设计实践中诠释鲁文化的内涵,从而达到传播和弘扬鲁文化的目的。
[Abstract]:In the current trend of development, culture-themed dining space emerges as the times require. To meet the spiritual needs of people has become the focus of the designer's thinking and exploration. Cultural theme restaurant as the carrier of catering space culture, Lu culture, as an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, has accumulated rich artistic achievements in architecture, clothing, bronze, painting, Music and other fields have made outstanding achievements. This paper analyzes the cultural theme of catering space, starting with the interpretation of Lu culture, extract the visual symbols of Lu culture, In this paper, the author applies the visual symbol of Lu culture to the design of catering space on the theme of Lu culture through practical cases. In the design practice, the connotation of Lu culture is interpreted, so as to spread and carry forward the Lu culture.
