开放式景区游憩绿道体系及选划研究

【摘要】：绿道作为后工业人文精神回归大背景下的产物,是一种连接公园、自然保护地、风景名胜区、历史古迹,可供行人和骑车者进入的绿色空间通道,拥有生态、文化、休闲、景观、通行于一体的综合功能。2010年以来,国内许多城市地区陆续开始绿道的规划和建设,在全国掀起了“中国绿道运动”。但作为舶来品,绿道在国内的发展还处于初级阶段,相关理论和方法还不够成熟,这些都给学术界提出了对绿道理论,尤其是中国特色的绿道理论进行研究的迫切需要和客观要求。由于开放式景区的隐性边界特点,开放式景区对建设游憩绿道提出了一定的诉求,以实现增加景区休闲游憩空间、提升景区品牌辨识度、科学重构景区空间结构等目标。因此,本文在阅读和梳理国内外大量前任的研究文献的基础上,基于景观生态学、景观设计学、游憩学等多学科理论,运用实地调查法、AHP层次分析法、地理信息系统技术、“千层饼”理论分析法等综合方法,以开放式景区这种特殊空间形态为出发点,对开放式景区构建游憩绿道体系进行了探究:第一章:绪论。在分析开放式景区游憩绿道研究背景的基础上,阐述了研究的理论和实践意义,明确研究的主要内容、方法与技术路线。第二章:研究综述与理论基础。在对绿道的国内外相关研究和相关实践进行梳理及归纳后,对绿道、游憩型绿道、开放式景区游憩绿道的概念进行了界定,确定以景观生态学、景观设计学、游憩学、地理信息系统技术、“千层饼”理论分析法为研究的理论基础。第三章:开放式景区游憩绿道体系建构。从效用分析、体系构成、功能结构三个方面对开放式景区游憩绿道进行了全面、系统的分析研究,尝试建构了开放式景区游憩绿道的理论体系。以开放式景区游憩绿道的效用分析为研究前提,对景区空间的“点—线—面”基本单元抽象,进行空间结构分析,在此基础上,从开放式景区的特殊性和需求性出发,结合游憩绿道的概念特征,对开放式景区游憩绿道体系进行功能结构分析。第四章:开放式景区游憩绿道选划方法及标准设置。在景观生态学、社会学、游憩学、心理学等理论支撑下,从选划原则、选划策略、选划步骤三大方面出发,构建了开放式景区游憩绿道的选划方法体系,并在此基础上,结合相关国家标准,对开放式景区中具备不同功能类型的游憩绿道提出了标准化要求,对开放式景区游憩绿道的配套服务也提出了系统化要求,以此来完善开放式景区游憩绿道的理论,指导开放式景区背景下的游憩绿道建设。第五章:实证研究——上海佘山旅游度假区游憩绿道体系选划研究。梳理佘山旅游度假区的产业要素,运用地理信息系统技术和“千层饼”理论分析法,将佘山旅游度假区的节点要素、通道要素、域面要素进行分层提取叠加,初步形成佘山旅游度假区的游憩绿道选划方案,再进行实地调研,搜集相关数据资料,梳理分析出佘山旅游度假区游憩绿道体系的现有不足,最后,根据佘山旅游度假区的发展定位和建设现状,提出佘山旅游度假区游憩绿道体系的建设目标和建设原则,并针对存在的不足之处,对佘山旅游度假区游憩绿道的标准化、系统化、网络化提出优化发展建议。第六章:结论。总结所取得的主要研究结论,对仍需做进一步深入探讨及问题进行了展望。
