天津五大道历史街区文化旅游发展探究

【摘要】：历史街区是城市发展过程中历史信息保存最丰富的区域,是城市文化遗产的重要组成部分。它不仅呈现为外部传统空间形态,更包括蕴含于外部传统空间形态下的社会的变迁、历史的严谨和文化的传承。天津作为北方洋务运动的中心,是中国近代百年的缩影,九国租界为天津留下了屈辱的历史,也带来了先进的文化,更留下了特色的“小洋楼”。天津五大道历史街区作为天津名片式的旅游景点,容纳着巨大的历史文化价值。目前对于五大道的研究更多的关注于城区规划、街区开发保护阶段,并且在旅游层面更偏重于对五大道景观旅游市场的开发,忽略了五大道所呈现出来的精神文化。本文分为四个章节,主要从历史、人文、环境角度进行展开,逐步深入剖析五大道建筑背景下所蕴含的文化内涵。第一章分析了五大道历史文化街区形成的因素,以及“五大道”从一座租界遗留产物发展成历史文化街区的历程;第二章分析了“五大道”文化旅游市场发展的条件,主要从五大道的人文价值、开发条件、旅游政策的推广以及城市定位传播的需求四个方面进行分析;第三章根据“五大道“目前的旅游开发现状分析了文化旅游市场发展中存在的问题;第四章以第三章所提出的问题进行解答,以战略和策略两个层面进行了细致的分析。本文严格按照所学专业的文化产业发展层面去分析,参考历史、美学、文化旅游等层面的知识,运用实证性、思辨性方法分析现象,发现问题并提出解决问题的方案策略,力求为五大道景区文化旅游市场的发展提供进一步的补充和完善。
[Abstract]:Historical district is the region with the most abundant historical information in the process of urban development, which is an important part of the urban cultural heritage. It not only presents itself as the external traditional spatial form, but also includes the social changes contained in the external traditional spatial form. As the center of the Northern Westernization Movement, Tianjin is the epitome of a hundred years of modern China. The nine-nation concession has left Tianjin a humiliating history and brought advanced culture. As a tourist attraction of Tianjin's business card type, the historical block of Tianjin's Fifth Avenue contains enormous historical and cultural value. At present, more attention is paid to the stage of urban planning and block development and protection for the study of the five major roads. And in the tourism level, more emphasis is placed on the development of the five roads landscape tourism market, ignoring the spiritual culture presented by the five roads. This paper is divided into four chapters, mainly from the perspective of history, humanities, and environment. The first chapter analyzes the factors of the formation of the historical and cultural district and the course of the development from a concession to a historical and cultural district. The second chapter analyzes the conditions of the development of the cultural tourism market, mainly from four aspects: the humanistic value, the development condition, the promotion of the tourism policy and the demand of the city orientation communication. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of cultural tourism market according to the current situation of tourism development in "five major roads", and the 4th chapter answers the questions raised in chapter three. This paper analyzes the phenomenon strictly according to the development level of cultural industry, referring to the knowledge of history, aesthetics, cultural tourism and so on, using positive and speculative methods to analyze the phenomenon. Find out the problem and put forward the solution strategy, and try to provide further supplement and perfection for the development of the cultural tourism market of the five major scenic spots.
