【摘要】：当今随着社会经济的高速运转,我国城镇化建设进程不断推进,工业用地占城镇用地比例提高,城市居民对于工业区街道景观的要求不断提升,工业区的街道景观建设进入人们视线。工业区街道景观的设计观念从粗放型、浅表型向集约型、精细型转换,工业区街道景观的不仅仅反映的是技术问题更是关心到民生的问题,我们需要在便利上多考量、在人性化上多兼顾,细节上的提升会给使用者带来不一样的新体验。工业区景观包含了厂区景观和街道景观,街道作为连接园区和外部的走廊空间,与周边居民的生活紧密相连,被视为整体风貌更是反映一个城市的经济文化发展水平。在中国转型走新型道路的今天,如何建造出符合地域景观文化特色、展现工业区形象、满足居民身心需求的特色景观街道值得我们去探讨。本文围绕工业区街道景观的设计进行细致分析,从外部空间表象的细化设计向街道景观的文化观和价值观的创新性转变,为实现功能性与艺术性完双重结合的人居环境而进行探索。本文从工业区街道景观的理论阐述出发,分析了工业区街道景观设计背后的大环境以及深刻的现实重要性。通过对国内外街道发展历程叙述,客观的指出现当代街道景观设计及使用过程中所存在的相关问题,探讨了工业区街道景观设计所需的元素和设计原则,剖析工业区街道景观设计的思路和策略。本文通过理论阐述,以黄冈市南湖工业园区街道为设计实例。首先阐述设计所需遵守的相关原则,针对南湖工业园区的自然环境、人文背景、地域特点、规划布局,将原有的七条道路分为三个不同主题,依次是东坡文化主题、生态景观主题、工业文明主题,在设计时从不同主题提炼出相关设计元素,在整体上从色彩、铺装、动线设计等方面出发,根据不同人流情况和所处区域的作用采用折线以及曲线方式等方面进行统一,使它们在整体上统一且各具特色,又具有一定的可识别性,形成一套完整的园区街道体系。最后探究并总结了目前工业区街道景观设计所面临的问题以及对未来发展的愿景,提出有待提升的观念。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy, the process of urbanization in our country is advancing, the proportion of industrial land to urban land is increasing, and the demands of urban residents for street landscape in industrial areas are increasing. The design concept of street landscape in industrial area is changed from extensive, superficial to intensive and fine. The street landscape in the industrial area not only reflects the technical problems but also concerns the people's livelihood. We need to give more consideration to convenience and humanization. The details will give users a different experience. The industrial landscape includes the factory landscape and the street landscape, which serves as a corridor space connecting the park to the outside and is closely linked to the lives of the surrounding residents. It is considered that the overall style reflects the level of economic and cultural development of a city. Today, when China is undergoing a new way of transformation, how to build a city that conforms to the characteristics of regional landscape culture and shows the image of the industrial zone, This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of street landscape design in industrial area, from the detailed design of exterior space representation to the innovative transformation of cultural view and values of street landscape. In order to realize the dual combination of function and artistry in human settlements, this paper starts from the theory of street landscape in industrial area. This paper analyzes the environment behind the street landscape design in the industrial area and its profound practical importance. By narrating the course of street development at home and abroad, it objectively points out the relevant problems existing in the design and use of the street landscape in modern and contemporary times. This paper discusses the elements and design principles of street landscape design in industrial area, and analyzes the ideas and strategies of street landscape design in industrial area. Taking the streets of Nanhu Industrial Park in Huanggang City as an example, this paper first expounds the relevant principles to be observed in the design, aiming at the natural environment, humanistic background, regional characteristics, planning and layout of Nanhu Industrial Park. The original seven roads are divided into three different themes, namely Dongpo culture theme, ecological landscape theme, industrial civilization theme. In the design, relevant design elements are extracted from different themes. Starting from the design of the moving line, according to the different flow of people and the function of the area, the paper unifies them in the aspects of broken line and curve mode, so that they are unified and have their own characteristics as a whole, and they are recognizable to a certain extent. Finally, this paper probes into and summarizes the problems faced by the street landscape design in the industrial area and its vision for the future development, and puts forward some ideas to be improved.
