企业技术管理系统自组织演化内部作用机制研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,知识成为经济增长、社会发展以及企业成长的关键性资源。进入21世纪,全球性的研发、增长的国外直接投资、全球竞争、全球标准的进化、品牌重要性的提升和网络的进化不断改变着知识的景观。面对知识经济时代的所带来的挑战,低成本创新已经成为新的创新驱动。企业技术管理的研究能够帮助企业提升技术的产出绩效,形成低成本的创新优势,因此提升企业的技术管理能力已经成为在新的知识景观下应对竞争的重要手段,如何让企业拥有成熟和有效的技术管理系统也成为了目前研究的热点。然而,由于外部环境的不断动态变化,对于技术管理系统的研究也需要从动态的角度出发。因此,借助于生态学和系统学的科学方法,从知识的角度对技术管理系统在动态的环境中演化的内部作用机制的研究,能够帮助企业明晰技术管理系统演化时内部的主要影响因素和作用机理,使企业能够合理引导技术管理系统的有序演化,提升企业的技术绩效,使企业能够保持持续的竞争能力。本文首先对技术管理系统的组成进行了分析,并对技术管理系统自组织演化的概念进行了界定。接着分析了技术管理系统的知识生态特性,为利用知识生态理论对技术管理系统演化的分析奠定了理论基础。然后,结合自组织理论和知识生态学的方法,对技术管理系统演化的内部作用机制、内部动力因素和技术管理系统演化的过程模式进行了分析,明晰了技术管理系统演化的内部作用机制。在此基础上,构建了技术管理系统自组织演化的数学模型,并对自组织演化模型进行了数值模拟,得出一些重要结论。但由于运用MATLAB软件进行数值模拟并不能充分展示各子系统之间的相互作用关系,因此本文又进一步构建了技术管理系统演化的系统动力学模型,对技术管理系统内部要素及要素之间相互作用进行了仿真实验,通过多种方案比较,得出技术管理系统演化的内部作用过程中的重要影响因素。最后结合前面分析对引导企业技术管理系统有序演化提出对策建议在研究过程中,本文全面借鉴已有的研究成果,深入挖掘系统自组织理论、技术管理相关理论及知识生态学中的合理适用成分,通过本文的分析,可以明晰企业的技术管理系统自组织演化的内部作用机制,找出在演化过程中起关键作用的因素,为合理引导技术管理系统的演化提供了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key resource for economic growth, social development and enterprise growth. In the 21st century, global R & D, increasing foreign direct investment, global competition, global standard evolution, The promotion of brand importance and the evolution of the network constantly change the landscape of knowledge. Low-cost innovation has become a new driving force of innovation. The research of enterprise technology management can help enterprises to improve the output performance of technology and form low-cost innovation advantage. Therefore, how to improve the technological management ability of enterprises has become an important means to cope with competition in the new knowledge landscape, and how to make enterprises have mature and effective technology management system has become a hot research topic at present. Because of the dynamic change of the external environment, the research of the technology management system also needs to proceed from the dynamic angle. Therefore, with the help of the scientific method of ecology and systematics, From the angle of knowledge, the study on the internal mechanism of the evolution of technology management system in the dynamic environment can help enterprises to understand the main influencing factors and mechanism of the evolution of technology management system. So that the enterprise can reasonably guide the orderly evolution of the technology management system, improve the technological performance of the enterprise, and enable the enterprise to maintain sustainable competitive power. This paper first analyzes the composition of the technology management system. The concept of self-organization evolution of technology management system is defined, and then the knowledge ecological characteristics of technology management system are analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of technology management system evolution by using knowledge ecology theory. Based on the theory of self-organization and the method of knowledge ecology, this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the evolution of technology management system, the internal dynamic factors and the process model of the evolution of technology management system. The internal mechanism of the evolution of technology management system is clarified. On the basis of this, the mathematical model of self-organization evolution of technology management system is constructed, and the self-organization evolution model is simulated numerically. Some important conclusions are drawn. However, because the numerical simulation with MATLAB software can not fully show the interaction between the subsystems, the system dynamics model of the evolution of the technology management system is further constructed in this paper. In this paper, the internal elements and their interactions in the technology management system are simulated and compared with each other. Finally, combined with the previous analysis to guide the orderly evolution of the enterprise technology management system to put forward countermeasures and suggestions in the research process, this paper comprehensively draw lessons from the existing research results. This paper deeply excavates the system self-organization theory, the technology management related theory and the reasonable applicable component in the knowledge ecology, through the analysis of this paper, we can clarify the internal action mechanism of the enterprise's technology management system self-organization evolution. To find out the factors that play a key role in the evolution process and provide a certain theoretical basis for reasonably guiding the evolution of the technology management system.
