【摘要】：居住区的景观设计包括对原场的利用与研究,对空间的设计与感知,以及居住区整体风格准确把控。设计的具体内容其中包括交通流线的组织、水景的处理方式、路面的铺砌材料及工艺手法、灯光设计、设施小品的处理等等,这些方面既有完备的功能意义,又涉及到人们对视觉、听觉、嗅觉及心理的感受。另外,在进行景观设计时,还应注意美观性与实用性相结合,艺术性与趣味性相结合。而近年来居住区景观设计的文化性越来越被重视,开发商和设计师开始不再机械地只是注重建筑与景观的功能性,也开始在注重居住区景观设计的文化性,运用建筑与景观艺术的表现方式来展现文化的延续性。本文通过对西安明月弘城汉式文化居住区的设计为研究对象,探讨了现代居住区植物配置的特点、原则、存在问题以及中人文景观在居住区景观中的重要性,从而开发出兼具历史感和时尚感的纯正的中国风格的作品。通过实地调查与设计分析,得出以下主要结论:1.结合实例研究了现代居住区景观设计的分类、原则、存在问题和设计展望:功能类元素、园艺类元素和表象类元素;体现地方特色的设计原则、丰富规划人居舒适性的设计原则、充分体现人性化的设计原则;人们对居住景观设计认识的局限性、人们对居住景观设计认识的局限性、景观设计盲目追求“档次”而轻视内容;居住区的空间布置要以人为本、居住区的配套设施要经济实用、居住区的景观设计要融洽和谐、居住区的绿化规划要简单自然。2.进一步探讨了人文景观在居住区景观设计中的价值:人文景观具有观赏价值、人文景观具有艺术功能价值。另外,也讨论了人文景观的意义:人文景观能提升个人审美修养;人文景观能促进社会审美化的进程;人文景观能激发人类的爱国主义热情。
[Abstract]:The landscape design of residential area includes the use and research of the original field, the design and perception of space, and the accurate control of the overall style of residential area. The specific contents of the design include the organization of traffic streamline, the treatment of waterscape, Pavement paving materials and techniques, lighting design, facilities sketch handling, and so on, these aspects not only have complete functional significance, but also involve people's perception of vision, hearing, smell and psychology. In addition, in landscape design, Attention should also be paid to the combination of aesthetics and practicability, artistry and interest. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the cultural nature of residential landscape design, and developers and designers are beginning to pay more and more attention to the functionality of architecture and landscape no longer mechanically. Also began to pay attention to the cultural nature of residential landscape design, the use of architecture and landscape art to show cultural continuity. This paper probes into the characteristics, principles, existing problems of plant allocation in modern residential areas and the importance of the middle and humanistic landscape in residential landscape. Thus, the pure Chinese style works with both historical and fashion sense are developed. Through field investigation and design analysis, the following main conclusions are drawn: 1. The classification and principles of landscape design in modern residential areas are studied with examples. Existing problems and design prospects: functional elements, horticultural elements and surface elements, design principles that reflect local characteristics, enrich the design principles of human comfort planning, fully reflect the design principles of humanization; The limitation of people's understanding of residential landscape design, the limitation of people's understanding of residential landscape design, the blind pursuit of "grade" and contempt of content in landscape design, the space layout of residential area should be people-oriented, The supporting facilities of residential areas should be economical and practical, the landscape design of residential areas should be harmonious and harmonious, and the greening planning of residential areas should be simple and natural. In addition, the significance of humanistic landscape is also discussed: humanistic landscape can promote personal aesthetic cultivation, humanistic landscape can promote the process of social aesthetic appreciation, and humanistic landscape can stimulate human patriotism enthusiasm.
