可持续性场地设计理念研究

【摘要】：自可持续发展的理念提出之后,人们越来越关注过度发展给生态环境带来的危害。早在2000年,美国就出台了可持续建筑的评估标准LEEDc但对于场地的可持续性设计评估一直处于研究阶段,直到2005年伯德·约翰逊夫人野花中心和美国风景园林师协会在德克萨斯州奥斯汀市召开了“场地可持续峰会”,才开始了逐步完善针对于场地的可持续属性的评估方法的进程。在2009年,可持续场地倡议组织就推出了专门针对场地的可持续性设计的评估体系《可持续场地倡议：2009年指导方针和业绩基准》,之后在2014年又推出了《可持续场地倡议修正版》。而我国目前并没有针对场地可持续性设计的评估体系,所以将可持续场地设计理念进行分析和实践对于我国本身的可持续场地设计的发展有着重大意义。本文首先将与场地可持续相关的概念进行明确定义,将涉及到场地的可持续性的相关评估体系或者概念进行总结和对比,在第四章对于可持续场地设计理念从设计环节开始进行剖析阐释,力求从可持续场地设计项目的每个环节总结出对于可持续性最重要的设计重点,最后将可持续场地设计理念结合校园场地进行设计实践,实现从理念与实践的结合。本文希望能够通过对于可持续场地设计理念的研究分析及实践的总结,能够将可持续场地设计理念在我国进行推广,促进相关行业专家对于场地可持续性的认识、在进行场地设计能够关注场地的生态环境和生态系统服务,为增加我国场地设计的可持续性、改善人民生活环境而进行努力。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of sustainable development was put forward, people have paid more and more attention to the damage to the ecological environment caused by overdevelopment. As early as 2000, The United States has issued the assessment criteria for sustainable buildings, LEEDc, but the sustainability of the site design evaluation has been in the research stage. It was not until 2005, when Mrs. Bird Johnson Wild Flower Center and the American Association of Landscape Architects held the "venue Sustainability Summit" in Austin, Texas, that the assessment of the sustainability of the site began to be refined. In 2009, The Sustainable sites Initiative launched an assessment system specifically designed for the sustainability of sites, called the Sustainable venue Initiative: 2009 guidelines and performance benchmarks, followed by a revision of the Sustainable venue Initiative in 2014. There is no evaluation system for site sustainability design in China, Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and practice the concept of sustainable site design for the development of sustainable site design in China. In this paper, the concepts related to the sustainability of the site are clearly defined, and the relevant assessment systems or concepts related to the sustainability of the site are summarized and compared. In the fourth chapter, the concept of sustainable site design is analyzed and explained from the design link, trying to sum up the most important design focus for sustainability from each link of the sustainable site design project. Finally, the sustainable site design concept is combined with campus site design practice to realize the combination of concept and practice. This paper hopes that through the research and analysis of sustainable site design concept and the summary of practice, the sustainable site design concept can be popularized in China, and promote the understanding of site sustainability among relevant industry experts. In order to increase the sustainability of site design and improve people's living environment, the site design can pay attention to the ecological environment and ecosystem services of the site.
