高校图书馆和谐文化建设研究

【摘要】：高校图书馆是传播科学文化和文化育人的重要园地,肩负着提高全民族科学文化素质的重要使命,高校图书馆通过多种形式和丰富的内容,提高了图书馆阅读工作的能力,扩大了图书馆的影响力,极大地促进了高校和谐文化和社会和谐文化建设。因此,高校图书馆和谐文化建设对于提升人民文化素质,构建我国现代公共文化服务体系,建设社会主义文化强国,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要战略意义。本文以马克思主义和谐思想和中华传统和谐思想为依据,以中共中央十六届六中全会《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》[1]为指导思想,以现代文化哲学为理论基础,在高校图书馆传统文化建设成果的基础上,提出高校图书馆和谐文化建设的命题。除绪论和结语外,本文共分四章:第一章,高校图书馆和谐文化概述。重点分析了高校图书馆和谐文化的内涵和特点。本章按文化、和谐文化、高校图书馆和谐文化的递进关系进行概念的界定,然后阐释了高校图书馆和谐文化的特点及建设高校图书馆和谐文化的重要性。第二章,高校图书馆和谐文化的内容与功能。本章主要从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化四个方面来阐述高校图书馆和谐文化的内容,然后分析高校图书馆和谐文化的功能。这一章是本文的理论基础。第三章,高校图书馆和谐文化建设现状调查分析。通过网络调查法及问卷调查的方式,辅以数据统计分析,对目前我国高校图书馆和谐文化建设的现状作实证分析,重点分析了目前存在的主要问题及其原因,这一部分是本文的实践基础。第四章,营造高校图书馆和谐文化新常态的策略。以社会主义核心价值观为导向,提出加强高校图书馆和谐文化建设的对策:培育核心价值观导向下的图书馆精神;加强图书馆员工的和谐文化修养;协调图书馆各种人际关系;健全图书馆制度机制;优化图书馆各种资源配置。本文的创新之处在于:一是视角新;二是对策新。
[Abstract]:The university library is an important garden for spreading scientific culture and educating people, and shoulders the important mission of improving the scientific and cultural quality of the whole nation. Through various forms and rich contents, the university library improves the ability of reading work of the library. It has greatly promoted the construction of harmonious culture in colleges and universities and the construction of harmonious culture in society. Therefore, the construction of harmonious culture in university libraries can promote the cultural quality of the people and construct the service system of modern public culture in our country. It is of great strategic significance to build a socialist cultural power and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Taking the decision of the sixth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee on some important issues concerning the Construction of a harmonious Socialist Society as the guiding ideology, taking the modern cultural philosophy as the theoretical basis, and on the basis of the achievements of the traditional culture construction of the university library, In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is an overview of the harmonious culture of the university library, which focuses on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the harmonious culture of the university library. The concept of harmonious culture, the progressive relationship of harmonious culture of university library is defined, then the characteristics of harmonious culture of university library and the importance of constructing harmonious culture of university library are explained. The content and function of harmonious culture of university library. This chapter mainly expounds the content of harmonious culture of university library from four aspects: material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture. Then it analyzes the function of harmonious culture of university library. This chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper. Chapter three, the investigation and analysis of the present situation of harmonious culture construction of university library. Through the method of network investigation and questionnaire survey, the paper is supplemented by statistical analysis of data. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the present situation of harmonious culture construction of university libraries in China, and focuses on the main problems and their causes. This part is the practical basis of this paper. The strategy of constructing a new normal of harmonious culture of university library. Taking socialist core values as guidance, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of harmonious culture of university library: cultivating the library spirit under the guidance of core values; To strengthen the harmonious cultural accomplishment of library staff, to coordinate all kinds of interpersonal relations, to perfect the system mechanism of library and to optimize the allocation of library resources, the innovation of this paper lies in: first, the new visual angle; the second, the new countermeasure.
