【摘要】：在我国经济发展逐步进入新常态的今天,人们对消费的要求越来越高,模仿型排浪式消费阶段基本结束,个性化、多样化消费渐成主流。主题酒店作为酒店业一种新兴的发展模式,以其个性化的装修风格、独特的文化产品和服务理念,为国内酒店的发展带来新的期望。同时,也对主题酒店的环境景观提出来更高的要求。本文通过理论探讨,对鹰潭枫香山庄主题酒店进行环境景观设计研究,取得成果如下：(1)在梳理国内外关于主题酒店环境景观设计研究的基础上,从地域文化、主题元素、周边环境、消费群体等四个方面对主题酒店景观设计影响因素进行了分析,总结了主题酒店景观设计主题选择的重要性,进而归纳出地形、水景、景观小品、休憩广场、道路铺装、停车场、景观照明、植物要素等九大主题酒店景观构成要素,并总结了主题酒店景观营造方法。(2)通过对泰国普吉岛素帕酒店、新加坡嘉佩乐酒店、三亚鸟巢度假酒店、张家界禾田居度假酒店等国内外优秀的案例进行分析与比较,并总结归纳这些主题酒店在设计与实践的先进经验。(3)以鹰潭枫香山庄为实践案例,通过现状调查和分析,经过设计构思和主题定位,进行了景观功能分区和总体布局,并对主要节点进行了详细设计。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country gradually entering the new normal today, people's demand for consumption is becoming higher and higher, and the stage of imitative wave discharge consumption is basically over and individualized. As a new developing mode of hotel industry, Hotel Theme brings new expectations for the development of domestic hotels with its individualized decoration style, unique cultural products and service concept. Also put forward higher requirements for the environmental landscape of Hotel Theme. Through theoretical discussion, this paper studies the environmental landscape design of Hotel Theme of Yingtan Fengxiang Village. The results are as follows: 1) on the basis of combing the research on the landscape design of Hotel Theme at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Hotel Theme landscape design from four aspects: regional culture, theme elements, surrounding environment, and consumer groups. This paper summarizes the importance of choosing the theme of Hotel Theme landscape design, and then concludes nine Hotel Theme landscape elements, such as topography, waterscape, landscape sketch, rest square, road pavement, parking lot, landscape lighting, plant elements, etc. And summarizes the Hotel Theme landscape construction method. 2) through the analysis and comparison of the excellent cases of Thailand Phuket Island Supa Hotel, Capella Singapore, Sanya Bird's Nest Resort, Zhangjiajie Hotan Ju Resort, etc. And summarized these Hotel Theme in the design and practice of the advanced experience. 3) taking Yingtan Fengxiang Villa as a practical case, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation, through the design concept and theme positioning, the landscape function division and overall layout are carried out. The main nodes are designed in detail.
