酒文化在泸州市园林景观中的应用研究

【摘要】：近年来我国园林景观建设取得了很大的成就,人们的生活环境大为改善。但在飞速的发展过程中,园林景观的建设也出现了盲目追逐现代文明,片面地接受西方园林设计思潮的弊端,造成我国现代城市景观缺乏文化底蕴和城市特色,极大破坏了城市原有特色风貌；同时地域文化的主体意识逐渐淡化,地域间的文化差异性开始削弱甚至消失,失去了自身的可识别性和人们对特殊文化的心理归属感。因此,提出在景观设计中表现地域文化特色,得出科学合理的地域文化景观设计的表达手法,对于我国城市园林景观的建设和景观行业的发展有着极为重要的意义。通过对大量文献资料的收集和整理,将地域文化、批判性地域文化、场所精神等相关基本概念梳理总结,并作为本论文的重要理论支撑基础。通过对地域文化景观表达的相关文献进行阅读、分析和归纳,总结出在景观设计中合理、有效地表达地域文化的原则、手段、方式和载体；通过对地方史料文献的收集、整理,系统地梳理了泸州酒文化发展的历史和酒文化兴盛的原因,分析、提炼出泸州酒文化中可供利用的景观表达要素,并根据以上要素探讨其作为泸州地域文化的核心内容在泸州市城市园林景观建设中设计手法和表现载体,以达到塑造具有泸州地域文化特色的城市园林景观的目的；最后结合实际案例泸州长江滨江公园和泸州国窖广场,通过实地调研、考察、分析、讨论,总结二者在对泸州酒文化的表达过程中存在的的问题并提出相应的解决办法。在上述基础上得出如下主要结论：1.在现代园林景观设计中,表达地域文化具有一定的原则、手法和景观载体。首先要以尊重当地原有的自然资源和具有特色的人文因素为基本原则,其次要充分挖掘当地特有文化的精髓,形成具有景观意义的设计语言和设计内容,使用直接表达、隐喻象征、场景再现、抽象表达、创新融合等设计手段,采用建筑、小品、雕塑、铺装、植物、色彩等要素作为景观载体,从而形成既不与传统文化脱节又不脱离世界园林景观发展节奏的新型景观形式。2.泸州酒文化有着漫长的历史和广博高深的酿造技艺,千百年来为后世遗留下的历史文化遗产深刻地影响着泸州的城市发展,是城市特色塑造的灵魂,是泸州地域性文化的核心内容。文章通过实地调研与文献综合分析,厘清泸州酒文化的历史发展脉络：泸州酒文化始于商周,发于秦汉,兴于唐宋,盛于明清,每一时期都有其重要的发展成果,对于泸州城市园林景观设计营造具有地域特色的景观有着重要的意义；泸州酒文化源远流长,经久不衰并非偶然,良好的地理环境、适宜的气候温度、肥沃的土壤、优质的水源、充足的的酿酒原料、优越的粮食质量以及长期以来的政策扶持是泸州酒业兴盛的原因；泸州历史上流传着诸多文人墨客留下的歌咏泸州美酒的诗歌,是泸州城市发展和地域文化景观建设的宝贵财富。3.泸州市区内两处已建成的以酒文化为主题的且最具代表性的实际案例(泸州市长江滨江公园和泸州市国窖广场)存在诸多景观表达方式上的问题。文章分别对二者的设计内容和设计手法进行,总结出前者所存在酒文化表达过程中载体欠缺、手法单一,表现内容杂乱、缺乏有机条理以及使用者参与度不够的问题；后者则存在酒文化表现内容过少,作为泸州酒文化的传播基地缺乏文字性解说,游览者难以深刻理解泸州酒文化的问题,并针对上述问题归纳总结出具有一定针对性和可操作性的解决措施,为塑造有泸州地域特色的园林景观设计提供了思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the landscape construction of our country has made great achievements , and people ' s living environment has improved greatly . However , in the course of rapid development , the construction of landscape landscape has also witnessed the blind pursuit of modern civilization .
At the same time , the main body consciousness of the regional culture gradually sinks , the cultural differences between the regions begin to weaken and even disappear , the self - recognizability and the psychological belonging to the special culture are lost . Therefore , it is very important for the construction and the landscape industry development of the urban landscape architecture in our country to summarize the relevant basic concepts such as regional culture , critical region culture and place spirit , and summarize the relevant documents expressing the region cultural landscape , and summarize the principles , means , methods and carriers which are reasonable and effective in the landscape design .
Through the collection and arrangement of the local historical materials , the paper systematically combs the history of the development of Luzhou - wine culture and the causes of the flourishing of the wine culture , analyzes and extracts the elements of the landscape expression which can be used in Luzhou - state wine culture , and probes into the design methods and expression vectors in the construction of Luzhou area culture as the core content of Luzhou area culture , so as to achieve the purpose of shaping the landscape of the city with the characteristics of Luzhou area culture ;
Based on the comprehensive analysis of field investigation and literature , the author concludes that : 1 . In the design of modern landscape landscape , there are some principles , techniques and landscape carriers .
Luzhou - style wine culture has a long history , it is not by chance , good geographical environment , suitable climate temperature , fertile soil , high - quality water source , abundant wine - making raw materials , superior grain quality and long - term policy support is the reason for the prosperity of Luzhou Jiuye ;
In Luzhou history , there are many kinds of poems in Luzhou City . It is the precious wealth of Luzhou city development and regional cultural landscape construction .
In the latter , there is too little content of wine culture , as the transmission base of Luzhou - wine culture lacks the textual explanation , the tourists can hardly understand the problem of Luzhou - wine culture , and summarize the solving measures with certain pertinence and maneuverability aiming at the above - mentioned problems , and provide ideas and methods for shaping the landscape design with Luzhou area characteristics .
