青奥文化体育公园三标段园林景观设计与施工探究

【摘要】：为迎接2014年在南京举办第二届"青年奥林匹克运动会",江苏省人民政府、南京市市政府高度重视青奥会周边的景观环境和配套服务设施建设,精心打造了青年文化体育公园,该公园位于南京滨江风光带青奥板块,具有滨江和青奥两大特色,该公园占地面积为50万平方米,共分为五个标段,笔者有幸参与了青奥文化体育公园园林景观三标段的整体建设。青奥文化体育公园园林景观三标段在深刻领会设计理念的基础上,结合南京实际地质、水文、气候等因素进行了适当修改和变更,并从景观交接等细节角度出发实行精细化施工,使工程设计理念与施工理念紧密结合,为青奥文化体育公园营造了生态、环保、低碳的园林景观,为青奥会配套设施工程递交了一份满意的答卷。风景园林的具体实施系由施工操作者在充分领略设计意图的基础上进行的精益加工。青奥文化体育公园园林景观三标段施工包括了景观铺贴,立体及平面园林绿化,耐候钢板门头、异型栈桥、水步道、水中种植池、石笼堰、石坝、石桥,龟岛、草坪躺椅、江边漫步道、生态水处理等施工内容,本文在充分理解设计意图的基础上对青奥文化体育公园园林景观三标段施工组织进行了总结,阐述了大型综合性景观绿化工程如何通过精细化施工达到完美的景观效果,并列举了现场管理人员在实际施工中对设计理念的创新,使设计理念与现场施工效果更加贴合。在关注施工质量、安全、进度的同时,又从文明施工、环境保护等方面叙述了青奥文化体育公园园林景观三标段在施工部署中做的努力,为后续的大型综合性园林景观工程在质量、安全文明施工、服务协调、环境保护等方面能够切实地起到一定的指导作用,为体育公园的发展建设提供经验总结。
[Abstract]:In order to welcome the holding of the second Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing in 2014, the people's Government of Jiangsu Province and the Nanjing Municipal Government attach great importance to the construction of the landscape environment and supporting service facilities around the Youth Olympic Games, and have carefully built the Youth Culture and Sports Park.The park is located in the Qingao plate of the riverside scenery belt of Nanjing. It has two characteristics: Binjiang and Qingao. The park covers an area of 500000 square meters and is divided into five segments.The author was fortunate to participate in the overall construction of the three sections of the garden landscape of the Qingao Culture and Sports Park.On the basis of a deep understanding of the design concept, the three segments of the garden landscape of the Qingao Culture and Sports Park have been appropriately modified and changed in combination with the actual geological, hydrological and climatic factors in Nanjing.And from the point of view of landscape transition and other details, fine construction is carried out, so that the engineering design concept and construction idea are closely combined to create ecological, environmentally friendly and low-carbon landscape for the Qingao Culture and Sports Park.A satisfactory answer sheet was submitted for the supporting facilities of the Youth Olympic Committee.The implementation of landscape architecture is done by the construction operator on the basis of fully understanding the design intention.The construction of the three sections of the garden landscape of Qingao Culture and Sports Park includes landscape paving, stereoscopic and planar landscaping, weathering steel plate door head, shaped trestle, water walkway, water planting pool, stone cage Weir, rockfill dam, stone bridge, turtle island, lawn chair, etc.On the basis of fully understanding the design intention, this paper summarizes the construction organization of the three sections of the garden landscape of Qingao Culture and Sports Park.This paper expounds how to achieve perfect landscape effect through fine construction of large-scale comprehensive landscape greening project, and enumerates the innovation of design idea by field manager in actual construction, which makes the design idea more suitable to site construction effect.While paying attention to the construction quality, safety and progress, the paper also describes the efforts made in the construction arrangement of the three sections of the garden landscape of the Qingao Culture and Sports Park from the aspects of civilized construction and environmental protection.For the follow-up large-scale comprehensive landscape engineering in quality, safety and civilization construction, service coordination, environmental protection and other aspects can play a guiding role, for sports park development and construction of experience summary.
