工业遗产中“生产性遗存物”的再利用研究

【摘要】：工业遗产至今已成为具有巨大影响力的遗产类型,有“遗产价值”和“情感意义”两方面的重要性。在我国,工业遗产保护的实践先于理论,然而目前的保护工作中这两方面都存在不足：从源头上,对工业遗产进行甄别时,技术价值的把握不当导致遗产的价值和完整性有所缺失；另一方面,对工业遗产的再利用易出现过度改造的现象,致使场所中工业历史环境的可识别性降低。前者是根本原因,后者是一种表现形式。因此,本文寻找到解决问题的切入点——“生产性遗存物”。作为工业遗产技术价值的主要承载物之一,“生产性遗存物”是构成遗产完整性不可或缺的一个物质层次,包括构筑物、生产设备、生产活动痕迹、其他残留物件等四个类型。本文将“生产性遗存物”作为独立的物质系统研究,对其概念、类型与特征、价值、保护、再利用等五个方面进行系统认知,同时从功能、形式和材料三个角度,进一步凝练出“生产性遗存物”的三种再利用方式：功能性重构、景观性塑造和材料性利用。本文意图提供一种逆向的思路,以“生产性遗存物”的保护与再利用为途径,从技术价值的视角切入工业遗产保护的问题,目的在于尽可能保护遗产价值的完整性,并重申遗产再利用的真实性。其意义在于：在研究层面对工业遗产中“生产性遗存物”这一物质层次进行补充；在实践层面拓展再利用的可能性。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage has become a kind of heritage with great influence so far. It has two aspects of "heritage value" and "emotional meaning". In China, the practice of industrial heritage protection is preceded by theory. However, there are two shortcomings in the current protection work: from the source, the technical value of the identification of industrial heritage. On the other hand, the reutilization of industrial heritage, on the other hand, tends to be overtransformed, resulting in a reduction in the identifiability of the industrial historical environment in the site. The former is the fundamental reason and the latter is a form of expression.
Therefore, this article is looking for the breakthrough point of solving the problem - "productive remains". As one of the main bearing objects of the technological value of industrial heritage, "productive remains" is an indispensable material level that constitutes the integrity of the heritage, including four types of structures, production equipment, production activity traces, and other residual objects. This paper studies the "productive remains" as an independent material system, and carries out systematic cognition on five aspects of its concept, type and characteristics, value, protection and reuse. At the same time, from the three angles of function, form and material, three ways of reusing "productive remains" are further condensed: functional reconstruction, landscape molding and Material utilization.
The purpose of this article is to provide a reverse idea, taking the protection and reuse of "productive remains" as the way to cut into the protection of industrial heritage from the perspective of technical value. The purpose is to protect the integrity of the value of the heritage as much as possible and reaffirm the authenticity of the reutilization of the heritage. The material level of productive remains is supplemented, and the possibility of reutilization is expanded at the practical level.
