绿色生态建筑设计策略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和城镇化战略的不断推进,人们的建设活动和建筑数量急剧增加,随之导致环境恶化、能源枯竭等类似的生态环境问题日益突出,为了减少人类的建设活动对自然生态产生的负面作用,要求设计者找出一条建筑的可持续发展之路。因此,建筑的绿色生态化设计成为我国提高建筑品质、发展可持续性建筑的重要发展方向,是我国可继续发展的绿色、生态建筑道路的主要发展目标。发展绿色生态建筑意味着从场地规划、建筑设计、项目施工以及项目完工后等建筑全寿命的各个时期科学把控每个重要环节,而每个环节的把控都要以与环境协调、保护资源、维护生态平衡为主要原则。因此,越来越多的学者或建筑师开始投入到绿色生态建筑设计策略的研究和探索之中。本文侧重于环境与建筑、建筑与技术、建筑与人的各个相关因素和谐发展来展开对绿色生态建筑设计策略方面的探讨。通过研究绿色生态建筑概念内涵的演变过程和国内外绿色建筑及生态建筑的发展历程,从设计原则、建筑选址、场地规划、单体造型设计、单体空间设计等前期构思方面和总平面设计、方案设计、结构设计、景观设计等建筑设计全过程的具体实施方面入手,从建筑设计的整体把控层面和具体实施措施层面论述了绿色生态建筑设计过程中的具体应对策略。然后根据理论结合实践的研究策略,对长沙市“江雅园”办公楼项目及株洲市“云龙发展中心”办公楼项目两个湖南地区典型绿色生态办公建筑实例进行深入探究,对其建筑的绿色生态化设计和技术策略进行系统实践分析,反馈和论证前文所论述的绿色生态建筑设计研究策略,这是本文的主要创新点。在论文的最后,对全文所提出的绿色生态建筑的设计策略作了总结,通过案例阐述了设计策略的实际运用过程。作为一个建筑相关从业者,笔者希望通过对绿色生态建筑设计策略的研究,促使我国建筑设计者及其相关从业者的建筑设计作品能尽量达到尊重大自然、符合社会性、尊重使用者、提高建筑与环境协调融合的目的,同时,期望更多的学者致力于相关领域的研究工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous promotion of urbanization strategy, people's construction activities and the number of buildings have increased dramatically, resulting in environmental degradation, energy depletion and other similar ecological environmental problems become increasingly prominent. In order to reduce the negative effects of human construction activities on natural ecology, designers are required to find a way to sustainable development of buildings. Therefore, the green ecological design of architecture has become an important development direction for improving the building quality and developing sustainable architecture in our country. It is also the main development goal of the green and ecological architecture road that our country can continue to develop. The development of green ecological architecture means that every important link should be controlled scientifically in all stages of the whole life of the building, such as site planning, architectural design, project construction and project completion, and each link should be coordinated with the environment to protect resources. Maintaining ecological balance is the main principle. Therefore, more and more scholars or architects begin to invest in the research and exploration of green ecological architecture design strategy. This paper focuses on the harmonious development of the related factors of environment and architecture, architecture and technology, architecture and people to explore the design strategy of green ecological architecture. Through studying the evolution process of the concept connotation of green ecological building and the development course of green building and ecological building at home and abroad, from the design principle, building location, site planning, individual modeling design, The design of individual space and the whole process of architectural design, such as general plane design, scheme design, structure design, landscape design, etc. This paper discusses the concrete countermeasures in the process of green ecological building design from the aspects of overall control and concrete implementation measures of architectural design. Then according to the research strategy of theory and practice, two typical green ecological office buildings of Changsha City "Jiangya Garden" and Zhuzhou "Yunlong Development Center" are studied. It is the main innovation point of this paper to carry on the systematic practice analysis, feedback and demonstration of the green ecological architecture design research strategy of its architecture green ecological design and technology strategy. At the end of the paper, the design strategy of green ecological building is summarized, and the practical application process of the design strategy is illustrated by a case study. As an architectural practitioner, the author hopes that through the study of green ecological architecture design strategy, the architectural design works of Chinese architectural designers and their related practitioners can achieve as far as possible respect for nature, in line with the sociality, Respect users, improve the purpose of harmonious integration of architecture and environment, at the same time, expect more scholars to devote themselves to the research work in related fields.
