保障性住房居住区道路体系模块化设计研究

【摘要】：近些年来,模块化的设计方法已经扩展到计算机行业、工业设计业、建筑设计业等多个行业。为了将模块化的设计手法延伸到景观设计领域、规范行业,同时缩短景观设计的时间、节约成本,本篇论文通过文献分析、实地考察调研、对比分析及归纳总结等方法,对保障性住房居住区道路体系的模块化设计进行了研究。本文首先对模块及模块化进行定义和解析,说明了模块化的特点及效益。其次说明了为什么要对保障性住房进行模块化设计,同时阐述了将模块化设计引入景观设计的优势,对模块化研究的可行性进行了分析。再次,对保障性住房道路体系进行了总体分析和分项分析。在分析了现状、存在问题及元素的可分解性的基础上,对保障性住房道路体系进行了分解和重组,建立了保障性住房道路体系的模块化系统。最后,对模块化系统里面的模块进行详细的设计。设计分为一级模块、二级模块和三级模块,二级和三级模块是组成一级模块的要素。一级模块由标准模块和接口模块组成,标准模块又分为单体模块和组合模块。运用这个模块化系统能够直接对保障性住房道路体系进行设计。通过对保障性住房道路体系模块化的研究,迈出了将模块化引入景观设计的第一步。相信在行业内各位同仁的共同努力下,景观设计的模块化系统一定会最终建立起来的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, modular design methods have been extended to computer industry, industrial design industry, architectural design industry and many other industries. In order to extend the modular design technique to the landscape design field, standardize the industry, shorten the time of landscape design, save the cost, this paper through literature analysis, field investigation, comparative analysis and induction and summary methods, This paper studies the modular design of the road system of the indemnificatory housing residential area. This paper first defines and analyzes the module and modularization, and explains the characteristics and benefits of modularization. Secondly, it explains why we should carry on the modularization design to the supportable housing, at the same time expounds the advantage of introducing the modular design into the landscape design, and analyzes the feasibility of the modularization research. Thirdly, the road system of indemnificatory housing is analyzed as a whole and itemized. Based on the analysis of the present situation, the existing problems and the decomposability of the elements, the road system of the supportable housing is decomposed and reorganized, and the modular system of the road system of the indemnificatory housing is established. Finally, the module in the modular system is designed in detail. The design is divided into one-level module, two-level module and three-level module. The first level module is composed of standard module and interface module, and the standard module is divided into single module and combination module. This modularization system can be used to design the road system of the indemnificatory housing directly. The first step of introducing modularization into landscape design has been taken through the research on the modularization of the road system of supportable housing. I believe that in the industry colleagues work together, landscape design modular system will eventually be established.
