郊野运动公园规划研究

【摘要】：在快速的城市化进程中,城市扩张引发的社会问题、环境问题愈发严重,城郊风景资源亟待保护,市内游憩运动场地粗陋匮乏,人们逐渐转向郊野环境探寻更多绿色活动空间。位于城市近郊的郊野运动公园以其优质景观资源、丰富活动项目等众多优秀特质,成为了城乡居民的必然选择。本文以郊野运动公园为研究对象,结合大量的文献资料与实际操作的体会,提出了适合郊野运动公园的规划策略体系,并以之为理论指导,指导青甸湖郊野运动公园的规划实践,实现理论与实践的有机结合。本文的主要内容和研究结论如下:(1)归纳总结出郊野运动公园特征、强调了郊野运动公园的运动功能,对其分类方式进行了详细的阐述。(2)借鉴有关城市空间理论、有关景观理论、有关生态理论、有关体育运动理论以及有关游憩理论等多方理论,构建郊野运动公园规划理论初步框架。提出具体的规划布局原则、景观规划原则、运动参与原则与及文化展示原则,并以此为依托,指导郊野运动公园的规划策略体系的建立。(3)针对郊野运动公园的主题与性质定位,提出了自然景观资源和场地文脉条件与公园定位的相关性。强调明确公园性质与发掘郊野运动公园内涵之间的必然联系。(4)对郊野运动公园提出资源利用要求、文化保护要求、功能强化要求和景观展示要求,并制定相应的规划方式,为后续策略体系的建立奠定基础。结合国内外相关的优秀案例,总结提炼出适合郊野运动公园的规划策略,即:总体规划布局、功能分区、道路系统规划、空间场地规划、建筑规划、景观规划、游憩康乐项目规划、植物景观规划以及服务设施规划,对其具体的应用要点进行了详尽阐述。(5)在实践体系上,以青甸湖郊野运动公园规划为例,依托郊野运动公园规划策略体系,通过对场地概况的考察和分析,提出项目的规划目标与特色定位,并进一步对其各具体方面进行了规划。在实际应用中探讨理论与实践的结合,以印证郊野运动公园规划策略的实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, social problems caused by urban expansion, environmental problems become more and more serious, the suburban landscape resources need to be protected urgently, the urban recreation sports space is poor, people gradually turn to the countryside environment to explore more green activity space. The country sports park in the suburbs of the city has become an inevitable choice for urban and rural residents because of its high quality landscape resources, rich activities and many other excellent characteristics. This paper takes the country sports park as the research object, combined with a lot of literature and practical experience, puts forward the planning strategy system suitable for the country sports park, and takes it as the theoretical guidance. Guide the planning practice of Qingdian Lake country Sports Park and realize the organic combination of theory and practice. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) summing up the characteristics of country sports park, emphasizing the sports function of country sports park, expounding its classification method in detail.) drawing lessons from the theory of urban space and landscape theory, The ecological theory, the sports theory and the recreation theory are discussed to construct the framework of the country sports park planning theory. The specific planning and layout principles, landscape planning principles, sports participation principles and cultural display principles are put forward to guide the establishment of the planning strategy system of country sports parks. The relationship between the natural landscape resources and the cultural conditions of the site and the location of the park is put forward. It is emphasized that the necessary connection between the nature of the park and the connotation of the country sports park should be clarified. (4) the requirements of resource utilization, cultural protection, function enhancement and landscape display for the country sports park should be put forward, and the corresponding planning methods should be worked out. It lays the foundation for the establishment of the following strategy system. Combined with the outstanding cases at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and abstracts the planning strategies suitable for country sports parks, that is, overall planning layout, functional zoning, road system planning, space site planning, architectural planning, landscape planning, and so on. Recreation Kang Le project planning, plant landscape planning and service facilities planning. The main points of its application are elaborated in detail. In the practical system, the planning of Qingdian Lake country Sports Park is taken as an example. Based on the planning strategy system of country sports park and through the investigation and analysis of the general situation of the site, this paper puts forward the planning goal and characteristic orientation of the project, and further plans the specific aspects of the project. This paper discusses the combination of theory and practice in practical application to confirm the practical application value of country sports park planning strategy.
