佛山市山语湖度假居住区景观生态规划研究

【摘要】：在城市近郊所开发建设的度假居住区,具备一定的自然景观资源,距离城市中心区交通便利,满足人们对居住或是度假的需求。此类型项目在开发和建设规划中存在着如何保护和利用场地内及其周边的自然环境,在建设过程中的局部破坏如何恢复,如何形成稳定的系统以利于居住区可持续的建设和居住等问题。本文从度假居住区的景观生态规划研究出发,梳理相关概念理论,分析近年来国内外度假居住区规划的研究和发展趋势,从景观生态规划的角度分析论述佛山山语湖项目案例,总结珠三角地区,特别是广佛经济圈内的具备一定山水生态自然资源的度假居住区景观生态规划建设的特点和规划控制的方法。在研究过程中,通过整理我国社会经济的发展现状、生态环境的现状和发展态势、居民居住度假需求的发展现状等研究的背景,明确研究的目的和意义,搭建文章研究的框架；梳理居住区、度假等相关概念,提出度假居住区的概念、特征、吸引力因子等,探索度假居住区与城市里的普通居住区、旅游度假区在功能、特点上的异同点,整理国内外对于度假居住区有关的发展研究情况,并对珠三角区域度假居住区的分布情况、主要类型和存在问题作了调查、分析；梳理景观生态规划相关的基础理论,包括景观生态学、景观生态规划的主要理论,阐述景观生态规划在度假居住区开发建设中的体现。文章提出在度假居住区景观生态规划的前期应该对项目用地及其周边区域开展基础条件的调研、分析和评估,然后在评估结果的基础上制定度假居住区景观生态规划的目标、原则和途径,进行景观生态结构构建、景观生态打造等景观生态规划的工作。最后,解读佛山市山语湖度假居住区案例,内容有社会经济、自然资源、气候地理等基础条件的调查和分析,项目总体规划内容的分析,项目条件的评估,景观生态规划目标、原则、具体内容以及控制规划指引。文章希望通过以上的研究,探索性的整理和论证度假居住区景观生态规划的方法途径,为相关项目提供一定的参考和帮助。
[Abstract]:The resort residential district developed in the suburb of the city has certain natural landscape resources and convenient transportation to the central district of the city to meet the needs of people for living or vacationing. How to protect and utilize the natural environment in and around the site in the development and construction planning of this type of project, and how to restore the local damage in the construction process, How to form a stable system for the sustainable construction and housing of residential areas and other issues. Based on the study of landscape ecological planning of vacation residential area, this paper combs the related concept theory, analyzes the research and development trend of vacation residential area planning at home and abroad in recent years, and discusses the case of Foshan Lake project from the point of view of landscape ecological planning. This paper summarizes the characteristics of landscape ecological planning and construction in the Pearl River Delta region, especially in the Guangfo economic circle, which has certain natural resources of landscape and rivers, and the planning control methods. In the course of the research, the purpose and significance of the research are made clear, and the frame of the article is set up by sorting out the present situation of the development of social economy, the present situation and the development trend of the ecological environment, and the development situation of the residents' residence and vacation demand. Combing the related concepts, such as residential area, vacation and so on, putting forward the concept, characteristics, attraction factors and so on, exploring the similarities and differences of functions and characteristics between vacation residential area and ordinary residential area in city, tourist resort area, etc. This paper makes a survey on the distribution, main types and existing problems of vacation residential areas in the Pearl River Delta region, analyzes the basic theories related to landscape ecological planning, and summarizes the research on the development of vacation residential areas at home and abroad, as well as the distribution of vacation residential areas in the Pearl River Delta region. Including landscape ecology, the main theories of landscape ecological planning, and expounding the embodiment of landscape ecological planning in the development and construction of vacationing residential areas. This paper puts forward that the basic conditions of the project land and its surrounding areas should be investigated, analyzed and evaluated in the early stage of the landscape ecological planning of the vacationing residential areas, and then the objectives of the landscape ecological planning of the vacationing residential areas should be formulated on the basis of the evaluation results. Principles and approaches, landscape ecological structure construction, landscape ecological building and other landscape ecological planning work. Finally, the paper interprets the case of Shanyan Lake Resort in Foshan City, including the investigation and analysis of the basic conditions of social economy, natural resources, climate and geography, the analysis of the overall planning content of the project, the evaluation of the project conditions, the goal of landscape ecological planning, etc. Principles, specific content and control planning guidelines. The article hopes that through the above research, the exploratory arrangement and demonstration vacation residential area landscape ecological planning method way, provides the certain reference and the help for the related project.
