福清城市近郊洋梓村景观规划设计

【摘要】：我国的乡村地区随着近年来经济的发展、城市化的影响,存在乡村中原有的林地、农田、林地、草地等渐渐被混凝土吞噬的现象。而且在乡村建设中出现了照搬城市、丧失特色、毁坏生态、缺乏人情等问题,这些在城市近郊乡村地区尤为明显。乡村景观是建立在自然景观的基础上,以大量农田景观为主,具有美丽自然景色、浓厚的乡土气息、朴实的乡风民俗,是人文生活与自然环境高度融合的,并具有多种资源价值的景观综合体。随着城市化的发展和市场经济的不断深化,推动了农村面貌的改变,同时也带来了乡村景观的巨大变化。而目前我国对于乡村景观规划设计更多的侧重于宏观方面的理论研究,并且盲目套用城市规划模式,进而忽略了乡村固有的特色,造成了乡土文化流失,乡村景观千村一面的现象。城市近郊的乡村地处城市到农村的过渡地带,本身根源于乡村,具有浓厚的乡村特征,同时也受到城市辐射作用的影响。因此,其乡村景观也具有城乡复合的景观特征,其乡村景观景观功能也更加多元。具体景观规划设计过程中,怎样更好地保护乡村独特的自然景观与完整的生态系统,怎样更有效地延续当地的乡村的文脉,以及怎样更充分地挖掘其生态旅游价值等,都是当乡村景观规划设计需要重点考虑的问题。当前,在国家大力推动乡村景观建设的形势下,研究如何利用现代技术条件,利用好城市近郊乡村的区位优势,对城市近郊区的乡村景观进行科学合理的规划设计,具有重要的理论与实践意义。本研究分为几个部分:(1)分析归纳城市近郊乡村景观的特点及面临的问题和解决策略。(2)分析并借鉴国内外相关案例(3)阐述乡村景观规划的相关理论。(4)福清洋梓村景观规划设计。从区位条件、相关规划、自然资源、人文资源、景观环境、游客市场等项目背景进行分析,确定规划总则,规划依据等。并依据规划总则进行洋梓村景观的总体规划布局以及和详细的分区规划设计。
[Abstract]:In the rural areas of China, with the development of economy in recent years, the influence of urbanization, there is a phenomenon that the original woodland, farmland, woodland and grassland are gradually engulfed by concrete in rural areas. Moreover, in rural construction, there are many problems such as copying the city, losing the characteristics, destroying the ecology, and lack of human feelings, which are particularly obvious in the rural areas of the suburbs. The rural landscape is based on the natural landscape, mainly with a large number of farmland landscapes, with beautiful natural scenery, strong local atmosphere and simple folk customs, which are highly integrated with the human life and the natural environment and have a variety of resources value. With the development of urbanization and the deepening of the market economy, it is promoted. At the same time, the change of rural landscape has brought about great changes in the rural landscape. At present, the rural landscape planning and design in China is more focused on the theoretical research, and the urban planning model is used blindly, and the inherent characteristics of the countryside are ignored, resulting in the loss of local culture and the village landscape of thousands of villages. The rural area of the suburb is located in the transition zone between the city and the countryside, which itself is rooted in the countryside, has strong rural characteristics and is influenced by the radiation effect of the city. Therefore, the rural landscape also has the complex landscape features of the urban and rural areas, and the function of the rural landscape and landscape is more plural. In the process of specific landscape planning and design, how to be better How to protect the unique natural landscape and complete ecosystem of the countryside, how to more effectively extend the context of the local countryside and how to excavate the value of its ecotourism more fully are the key issues to be considered in the rural landscape planning and design. It has important theoretical and practical significance to make use of the modern technical conditions and make use of the advantages of the urban suburban rural areas to carry out scientific and rational planning and design of the rural landscape in the suburbs of the city. This study is divided into several parts: (1) analysis and induction of the characteristics of urban suburb rural landscape and the problems and solutions. (2) analysis and loan. Related cases (3) and the related theories of rural landscape planning. (4) Fuqing Yangzi village landscape planning and design. From the location conditions, related planning, natural resources, human resources, landscape environment, tourist market and other projects background analysis, determine the planning general rules, planning basis, and according to the general planning rules for the overall landscape of Yangzi Village Plan layout and detailed partition planning and design.
