现代居住区与自然景观相结合—露台空中花园设计

【摘要】：对于在现代都市生活的人们来说,他们所需要的不仅仅是要创建一个绿洲和相对平和的私密性区域来隔断与都市的喧嚣,面对空气污染日益严重的今天更多的是希望这一举措能够缓解或净化空气中的雾霾。因此,在住宅上建造一个露台空中花园或者阳台可能是唯一的选择,通常这一些东西都是需要另外设计的,人们需要增加室外空间,即那些用于就坐区、用餐区、娱乐以及让自己的孩子可以安全的进行游戏的开放式区域。为了能达到这一目的,屋顶的空中花园、露台或者阳台等都可以说是一种很好的方法,他们可以增加户主的起居空间。此外对于许多高层建筑物群体,它们还远远达不到城市所需要的绿化面积标准。所以利用每户住宅的露台或阳台进行合理的绿化设计,可以使得这些花园在建筑里面上形成了一定的布局,起到了美化和绿化建筑立面,增加居住区绿化面积的多重作用,从而减少雾霾和降低城市热岛效应。本文以现代居住区中的空中花园,露台花园以及阳台花园为参考,通过收集其中的资料、整理和分析,并结合相关理论,从如何对居家环境的空气进行改善和住宅建筑里面的绿化美化的角度出发,对现代居住区露台空中花园的景观艺术设计进行归纳和整理。首先,笔者通过对相关资料的收集和整理,以阳台花园,露台花园为例,对其中有限的空间范围进行了分析,此外结合了立体绿化的理论,针对露台和阳台、空中花园等小空间设计中出现的特殊问题进行解决。其次,笔者针对南北气候差异的不同,对在设计过程中可能出现的问题进行分析和归纳,南与北不同环境中的功能和设计上可能发生的诸多因素;针对这一些因素从宏观的角度提出了相应的解决方法,同时也从宏观的角度探讨了空中花园景观艺术设计的原则。最后,利用以前叙述露台和阳台空中花园的特点和环境功能为依据,对上述影响因素提出解决方案,总结出一系列针对露台空中花园为对象的景观艺术设计方法。其中主要是对露台空中花园的景观艺术设计所包含的如:空间合理划分,材质的运用,艺术化设计手法、造园要素的选择还有植物选择等方面进行了归纳与总结。通过上诉内容的探讨,笔者在本文总体上形成了一个关于露台空中花园景观艺术设计的探索。其内容是对空中花园,特别是对露台和阳台花园的景观艺术设计具有一定的指导作用,同时也对住宅群在未来如何实现整体的立体绿化和美化具有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:For people living in modern cities, what they need is not just to create an oasis and a relatively peaceful private area to separate from the bustle of the city. In the face of increasing air pollution today, it is hoped that this measure can alleviate or purify the haze in the air. So, building a terrace, an aerial garden, or a balcony on a house may be the only option, and usually these things need to be designed otherwise, and people need to add outdoor space, that is, those used for sitting areas, dining areas, Entertainment and open areas where your children can safely play games. To that end, rooftop gardens, terraces, or balconies can be a good way to increase the living space of heads of household. Moreover, for many high-rise buildings, they fall far short of the green area required by the city. Therefore, by using the balcony or balcony of each house to carry out a reasonable greening design, these gardens can form a certain layout inside the building, which plays a role in beautifying and greening the facade of the building and increasing the greening area of the residential area. Thus reducing haze and reducing the urban heat island effect. This article takes the aerial garden, terrace garden and balcony garden in the modern residential area as the reference, through collecting the data, sorting out and analyzing, and combining with the relevant theory, From the point of view of how to improve the air in the home environment and the greening and beautifying inside the residential buildings, the landscape art design of the terrace aerial garden in the modern residential area is summarized and arranged. First of all, through the collection and arrangement of relevant information, taking balcony garden and terrace garden as an example, the author analyzes the limited space scope, in addition, combining the theory of three-dimensional greening, aiming at terrace and balcony, Air garden and other small space design in the emergence of special problems to solve. Secondly, aiming at the difference of climate between north and south, the author analyzes and summarizes the possible problems in the design process, the functions of different environments in the south and the north and many factors that may occur in the design. In view of these factors, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions from the macroscopic angle, and also discusses the principles of the aerial garden landscape art design from the macroscopic angle. Finally, based on the characteristics and environmental functions of the terrace and balcony, a series of landscape art design methods for the patio aerial garden are summarized. Among them, the landscape art design of the terrace aerial garden includes such aspects as reasonable division of space, use of material, artistic design techniques, selection of garden elements and plant selection and so on. Through the discussion of the appeal content, the author has formed an exploration on the landscape design of the terrace aerial garden in this paper. Its content is to the aerial garden, especially to the terrace and balcony garden landscape art design has a certain guiding role, but also for the housing group in the future how to achieve the overall three-dimensional greening and beautification has a certain reference role.
