结合山水环境的莱州市绿色空间体系构建研究

【摘要】：在城乡一体化发展的今天,固有的城市绿地系统规划模式越来越显示出其局限性。城市绿地系统规划过分依赖绿地指标的控制,将规划范围局限于城市规划区甚至是建设用地范围,往往忽略了城区-近郊-乡村绿色空间的连续性,使得城市热岛效应产生、城市大环境质量下降以及生物多样性遭到破坏。近年来,我国的城市建设逐渐将生态环境建设放在重要的发展方向,使得城市城区的绿地空间有了很大改善,但村镇的绿地空间往往被忽略。随着城市规模的不断发展扩大,城市周围的山水环境对城市影响也越来越大。然而,对城市山水环境的忽略,往往导致“千城一面”的绿色空间布局。因此,结合山水环境的市域绿色空间体系构建是未来绿色空间发展的一个主要方向。本文以山东省莱州市绿色空间体系构建为例,论述了莱州市的山水环境的现状及发展趋势,通过对莱州市现状绿色空间的评价及适宜性分析,基于景观生态学手法提取出适宜进行绿色空间建设的基质、廊道、斑块要素,利用网络分析法实现结合市域山水环境的莱州市绿色空间体系的重新构建。同时在莱州市绿色空间体系的格局下对莱州市农田防护体系、风景游憩体系、生物多样性保护体系和空间管制体系进行分层次规划,从而克服了传统的城市绿地系统规划建设在城乡发展背景下的局限。建立了关于市域绿色空间体系的构建格局,并通过对市域绿色空间体系规划的理论和规划策略的研究,为未来市域绿色空间规划建设提供理论和实践支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban and rural integration, the inherent planning mode of urban green space system more and more shows its limitations. The planning of urban green space system is too dependent on the control of green space index, and the planning scope is limited to the urban planning area or even the scope of construction land, which often ignores the continuity of the green space between the urban area and the suburbs and the countryside, which makes the urban heat island effect produce. The quality of the urban environment has declined and biodiversity has been destroyed. In recent years, urban construction in China has gradually put ecological environment construction in an important direction of development, which has greatly improved the green space of urban areas, but the green space of villages and towns is often neglected. With the development of the city scale, the landscape environment around the city has more and more influence on the city. However, the neglect of urban landscape environment often leads to the green space layout of "one side of a thousand cities". Therefore, the construction of urban green space system combined with landscape environment is a main direction of green space development in the future. Taking the construction of green space system in Laizhou City of Shandong Province as an example, this paper discusses the present situation and development trend of landscape environment in Laizhou City, and analyzes the suitability and evaluation of green space in Laizhou City. Based on landscape ecology techniques, the matrix, corridor and patch elements suitable for green space construction were extracted, and the green space system of Laizhou city combined with the city landscape environment was reconstructed by network analysis method. At the same time, under the pattern of green space system in Laizhou City, the farmland protection system, the landscape recreation system, the biodiversity protection system and the spatial control system of Laizhou City are planned in different levels. Thus overcoming the limitations of the traditional urban green space system planning and construction in the context of urban and rural development. The construction pattern of green space system of city area is established, and the theory and strategy of planning green space system of city area are studied to provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of green space system of city area in the future.
