生态社区食品服务系统设计研究

【摘要】：随着当今世界环境问题的不断恶化,设计界学者开始不断地延展设计领域,思考如何在满足用户需求、经济价值等要素的前提下减少产品对环境的影响。近年来,在可持续设计的基础上提出了产品服务系统设计战略。该设计战略旨在将产品与服务相结合,为用户提出系统的、可持续的解决方案。目前,产品服务系统的研究内容主要包括基本概念、分类、发展现状以及设计方法等内容,在设计流程及应用领域等方面的研究也开始逐渐发展起来。而通过研究我国生态社区的基础设施、人文环境等内容了解到,其在居民行为、生活模式等方面的可持续性还有待深入研究。基于此本文提出将产品服务系统引入生态社区,目标是深入挖掘我国生态社区的可持续性,同时探索产品服务系统的应用及其设计方法与流程。本文重点研究了产品服务系统的演变、分类、核心要素、现有设计方法与流程等方面,总结了了生态社区的演进、评价方法、案例等内容。在理论研究的基础之上提出将两者相结合的必要性、研究关键点、设计原则与设计方法,并归纳了以生态社区选定、用户研究、需求洞察、构建利益相关者、系统概念设计、产品与服务设计、最终系统定义以及系统评价八个步骤为主的设计流程,该流程主要用来指导生态社区下产品服务系统设计策略的构建。本文将大连亿达春田生态社区食品服务系统作为实践的研究对象,探讨了食品来源、食品运输、食品保鲜和食品垃圾处理四方面的居民食品需求。并提出了社区农业、网络订购、社区公共保鲜站、食品垃圾有机堆肥等具有产品服务系统特性的设计策略,深入挖掘了食品服务系统的环境价值、经济价值和社会价值等内容。通过对比评价法总结出该服务系统满足了居民对新鲜食材、购物省时省力、节省能源等方面的需求,同时提高了生态社区的可持续性,验证了本文提出的设计流程的可行性。本文的创新点在于将产品服务系统设计战略引入生态社区,研究其结合的关键点与设计流程。但由于产品服务系统涉及多个学科领域,本文可能无法覆盖全面。本文的目标是探索应用产品服务系统如何通过改善居民行为与行为模式达到生态社区的可持续性,旨在为研究该领域做引导与铺垫。
[Abstract]:With the deterioration of the environmental problems in the world today, the design scholars began to extend the design field constantly, thinking about how to reduce the impact of products on the environment on the premise of meeting the needs of users, economic value and other factors. In recent years, the design strategy of product service system is put forward on the basis of sustainable design. The design strategy is designed to combine products and services to provide systematic, sustainable solutions for users. At present, the research content of product service system mainly includes basic concept, classification, development status and design method, etc. The research in design process and application field also begins to develop gradually. By studying the infrastructure and humanistic environment of the ecological community in China, we can find out that the sustainability of the ecological community in the aspects of residents' behavior and life pattern needs to be further studied. Based on this, this paper proposes to introduce the product service system into the ecological community, the goal is to explore the sustainability of the ecological community in our country, and to explore the application of the product service system and its design method and process at the same time. This paper focuses on the evolution, classification, core elements, existing design methods and processes of the product service system, and summarizes the evolution, evaluation methods and cases of the ecological community. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper puts forward the necessity of combining the two, the key points, design principles and design methods, and summarizes the concept design of ecological community selection, user research, demand insight, stakeholder building, system conceptual design. The product and service design, the final system definition and the system evaluation are mainly used to guide the design strategy of the product and service system under the ecological community. In this paper, the food service system of Yida Chuntian ecological community in Dalian is taken as the research object, and the food demand of residents in four aspects, such as food source, food transportation, food preservation and food garbage disposal, is discussed in this paper. The design strategies of community agriculture, network ordering, community public fresh-keeping station and organic composting of food garbage were put forward. The environmental value, economic value and social value of food service system were excavated deeply. The service system can meet the needs of residents for fresh food materials, shopping time and energy saving, and improve the sustainability of the ecological community, which verifies the feasibility of the design process proposed in this paper. The innovation of this paper is to introduce the product service system design strategy into the ecological community, and to study the key points and design process of the combination. However, as the product service system involves many disciplines, this paper may not cover all aspects. The purpose of this paper is to explore how the application product service system can achieve the sustainability of the ecological community by improving the behavior and behavior patterns of the residents. The purpose of this paper is to guide and pave the way for the research in this field.
