川渝地区传统场镇空间环境特色及其保护策略研究

【摘要】：川渝地区作为一个边界相对模糊的自然地理和人文区域,主要位于我国四川盆地内部。该地区多样的地理环境、丰沛的自然资源,多元的地理文化以及历史上四通八达的水陆交通网络使得该地区产生和发展了众多以商品贸易为主的场镇。虽历经流觞,但至今仍保留了大量具有独特空间形态和历史人文景观的传统场镇。然而,随着川渝地区的快速“城镇化”,这些广泛分布于农村地区的传统场镇正面临着史无前例的挑战,并在演进过程中暴露出“趋同化”、“变异化”、“边缘化”等诸多问题。如何全面认识、保护、延续川渝地区传统场镇的空间环境特色成为了当前重要的议题。论文借用系统分析法、类型学等研究方法,以大量的第一手调研资料,系统分析了川渝地区传统场镇的空间环境特色,论述了传统场镇的历史文化价值和社会经济价值,探索了传统场镇可持续发展的保护策略与方法,对传统城镇的理论研究和保护均有较好的学术价值和实践指导意义。论文首先从区域宏观视角出发,通过对场镇分布规律的统计和分析研究,指出川渝地区传统场镇在市场作用下形成了独特的网状空间结构体系,归纳了其在地理空间分布上不仅呈现出数量大、分布广,而且形成了以重庆、成都为核心的川西、川东两大密集分布区域以及核心区密集、边缘区稀疏的特征,总结了“多层级”的场镇市场关系,分析了在这种结构体系之下传统场镇在环境、经济、社会方面的职能作用。其次从中观视角出发,论述了地理环境、经济贸易、交通运输、军事战争、宗教文化等因素是传统场镇演进的主要推动力,它们从不同方面、不同程度影响和决定着川渝地区传统场镇空间与环境的形成与发展,总结了在其综合作用下传统场镇空间形态与类型多样化的规律特征。再次,从微观视角出发,通过对场镇外部开放空间环境、建筑空间环境、场镇景观与人文空间环境的深入分析,展现出川渝传统场镇空间环境的个性化地域特征。之后,基于对建国后川渝地区传统场镇历史变迁的回顾,与当前场镇现状的观察与总结,并借鉴国内外成功经验,论文提出了以整体空间环境为特色的传统场镇保护理念,并对其所涵盖的“保护与发展”、“维护与塑造”、“激活与转化”三方面内容进行深入分析,从而实现了从认识对象、分析问题,到决解问题的跨越。并从保护方法、技术措施、保障机制、发展路径出发,探索并建构了传统场镇空间环境特色的保护策略与方法,为探索我国在不同地域环境下传统城镇可持续发展的保护理论研究与实践,具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:As a relatively fuzzy natural geographical and humanistic region, Sichuan-Chongqing area is mainly located in Sichuan Basin in China. The region's diverse geographical environment, abundant natural resources, diverse geographical culture and historical water- land transportation network make the region produce and develop a large number of mainly commodity trade market towns. Although through the flow, but still retains a large number of unique spatial form and historical cultural landscape of traditional Changzhen. However, with the rapid "urbanization" of Sichuan and Chongqing, these traditional towns, which are widely distributed in rural areas, are facing unprecedented challenges, and in the course of evolution, they have exposed "convergence" and "variation". "marginalization" and many other issues. How to fully understand, protect and continue the spatial environmental characteristics of traditional Changzhen in Sichuan and Chongqing has become an important topic at present. By using the methods of system analysis and typology, the paper systematically analyzes the spatial environment characteristics of the traditional Changzhen in Sichuan and Chongqing, and discusses the historical and cultural value and the social and economic value of the traditional Changzhen with a large number of first-hand investigation materials. This paper probes into the protection strategies and methods of the sustainable development of the traditional town, which has good academic value and practical guiding significance for the theoretical research and protection of the traditional town. Based on the statistics and analysis of the distribution law of Changzhen, the paper points out that the traditional Changzhen in Sichuan and Chongqing has formed a unique network spatial structure system under the effect of market. It not only presents a large number and wide distribution in geographical space, but also forms the characteristics of the two dense distribution areas, namely, Chongqing and Chengdu, as well as the dense core areas and the sparse marginal areas, in the west and east of Sichuan, with Chongqing and Chengdu as the core. This paper summarizes the "multi-level" market relationship of market, analyzes the function of traditional market in environment, economy and society under this kind of structure system. Secondly, from the view of meso, the paper discusses that the factors such as geographical environment, economy and trade, transportation, military war, religious culture and so on are the main driving forces of the evolution of traditional Changzhen, and they are from different aspects. The formation and development of the space and environment of the traditional Changzhen in Sichuan and Chongqing are influenced and determined in different degrees, and the regular characteristics of the diversification of the spatial forms and types of the traditional Changzhen are summarized. Thirdly, from the micro perspective, through the in-depth analysis of the open space environment, the architectural space environment, the landscape of the town and the humanistic space environment, it shows the personalized regional characteristics of the space environment of Sichuan and Chongqing traditional Changzhen. Then, based on the retrospect of the historical changes of the traditional Changzhen in Sichuan and Chongqing after the founding of the people's Republic of China, and the observation and summary of the present situation of the Changzhen, and drawing on the successful experience at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the concept of the protection of the traditional Changzhen with the characteristics of the whole space environment. It also makes an in-depth analysis of the three aspects of "protection and development", "maintenance and shaping", "activation and transformation", which are covered by it, thus realizing the leapfrogging from understanding objects, analyzing problems to solving problems. Based on the protection methods, technical measures, safeguard mechanism and development path, this paper explores and constructs the protection strategies and methods of the spatial environment characteristics of the traditional town. In order to explore the protection theory and practice of traditional urban sustainable development in different regional environment, it has certain practical significance.
