长春一汽厂前区特色环境空间与建筑形态研究

【摘要】：历史街区是一个城市形态的浓缩精华。长春第一汽车制造厂作为首批入选的国家级历史文化街区,其厂区规划、建筑艺术及历史文化都具有极高的研究价值。本文主要以一汽厂前区特色环境空间与建筑形态为研究对象,通过实地调研结合测绘采样及资料搜集汇总方法,参考国内外对历史街区街道空间及建筑改造理论,用四部分对一汽厂前区街道空间形态及建筑艺术特色进行研究分析。立体展现一汽厂前区空间形态和建筑艺术特色,将长春具有我国工业发展的特色文化元素进行充分调查和剖析,为研究一汽厂前区及工业文化发展方面提供参考价值。第一部分作为论文研究的基础,首先介绍论文的研究对象、研究范围界定及国内外研究现状等;然后阐述了论文研究的目的和意义;最后对论文的研究内容和研究方法进行阐释。第二部分在实地调研基础上,首先介绍了一汽厂前区平面区域形态及构成,从平面形态角度出发阐述街道空间形态与建筑间的关系、空间基本类型和形式秩序及空间内景观序列的构成;然后对国内其他著名历史街区调研进行分析总结,提炼要素;最后总结各部分在现阶段存在的问题,分析这些问题对居民生活产生的影响,为第四章对街道空间的改建提出思路。第三部分在实地调研基础上,介绍了一汽厂前区内建筑的平面、立面、形体及装饰艺术特色。在此基础上分析总结了厂前区建筑在现阶段存在的问题及影响,为第四章对建筑的改建提出思路。第四部分在前三章分析总结基础上,参考国外改造更新成功案例,对一汽厂前区内街道空间、建筑形态、景观序列及城市服务设施等方面提出改建思路。空间环境形态和建筑艺术特色是随着时代不断延续发展的,而对历史街区的研究不仅是对其历史印记与文化积淀的收集和认识,更是特色的归纳与提炼,进而对工业历史街区未来的发展有参考与借鉴的意义。使城市文脉更好的延续,对城市历史街区、历史建筑的保护都具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:A historic block is the essence of a city's form. As the first selected national historical and cultural district, Changchun No.1 Automobile Factory has high research value in plant planning, architectural art and historical culture. This article mainly takes the characteristic environment space and the building form of the front area of FAW factory as the research object, through the field investigation and the survey sampling and the data collection method, consults the domestic and foreign to the historical block street space and the building transformation theory, Four parts are used to study and analyze the street space and architectural art features in front of FAW factory. The spatial form and architectural art features of FAW factory front area are displayed in three dimensions. Changchun has the characteristic cultural elements of industrial development of our country for full investigation and analysis, which provides reference value for the study of FAW factory front area and industrial culture development. The first part, as the foundation of the thesis, firstly introduces the research object, the definition of the research scope and the current situation of the research at home and abroad, and then expounds the purpose and significance of the paper research. Finally, the research content and research methods are explained. The second part, based on the field investigation, first introduces the shape and composition of the plane area in front of FAW plant, and expounds the relationship between the street space form and the building from the angle of plane form. The basic types and formal order of space and the composition of landscape sequence in space; then analyze and summarize the investigation and research of other famous historical blocks in China, extract the elements; finally summarize the problems existing in each part at the present stage. This paper analyzes the influence of these problems on residents' life, and puts forward some ideas for the reconstruction of street space in Chapter four. On the basis of field investigation, the third part introduces the plane, facade, shape and decorative art features of the buildings in front of FAW factory. On this basis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and influences of the buildings in front of the factory area at the present stage, and puts forward some ideas for the reconstruction of the buildings in the fourth chapter. In the fourth part, based on the analysis and summary of the first three chapters, referring to the successful cases of foreign renovation, the author puts forward the idea of rebuilding the street space, architectural form, landscape sequence and urban service facilities in the front area of FAW factory. The form of space environment and the characteristics of architectural art continue to develop with the development of the times. The study of historical blocks is not only the collection and understanding of its historical imprint and cultural accumulation, but also the induction and refinement of its characteristics. Then it has reference and significance for the future development of industrial historical district. It is of great significance for the protection of historical blocks and historical buildings to make the urban context continue better.
