中小城市开放型住区公共空间设计研究

【摘要】：社会的发展推动着我国城市住区建设的不断加速,城市面貌日新月异。但随之也带来了一系列社会现象,特别是在发展相对滞后的中小城市中,功能主义理论指导建设下的封闭式住区公共空间已与民众实际需求越加不相符,导致住区内出现服务设施使用率低下、住区空间与城市空间割裂、住区缺乏活力、交通拥堵加剧、城市空间功能单一等诸多社会问题。住区公共空间的开放性设计是解决此类问题的途径之一,但由于住户对于住区开放多持怀疑或反对的态度,同时设计者难以突破传统设计思维的限制,导致我国中小城市开放型住区公共空间设计发展滞后。随着近段时间国家一系列关于住区空间开放的文件出台,开放型住区的建设模式在国家层面得到了认可与支持。在这样的背景下文章对我国中小城市住区公共空间在开放性设计方面进行了探究。本文采用了文献研究法、个案研究法、系统科学法、跨学科研究法等多种研究方法。首先整理了国内外经典住区规划思想和住区公共空间设计理论、对近年来我国住区建设模式进行了开放性分析,结合中小城市典型住区公共空间设计案例分析出现存问题;然后总结出交通系统、公共设施、居住空间和景观绿地四项开放性住区公共空间设计主要内容。最后,针对中小城市开放型住区设计建设中所遇到的问题从住区公共空间的整体性、多元秩序化以及邻里空间的构建方面提出相应的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the construction of urban settlements in our country is accelerating and the appearance of cities is changing with each passing day. However, it also brings a series of social phenomena, especially in the small and medium-sized cities where the development is relatively lagging behind. The public space in closed residential areas under the guidance of functionalism theory has become more and more inconsistent with the actual needs of the people. As a result, there are many social problems such as low utilization rate of service facilities, separation of residential space and urban space, lack of vitality, aggravation of traffic congestion, single function of urban space, and so on. The open design of residential public space is one of the ways to solve this kind of problems. However, because of the residents' skepticism or opposition to the opening of residential areas, it is difficult for designers to break through the limitations of traditional design thinking. As a result, the development of public space design of open residential area in middle and small cities of our country lags behind. With the publication of a series of documents on the opening of residential space in recent years, the construction mode of open residential area has been recognized and supported at the national level. Under this background, this paper probes into the open design of the public space in the small and medium cities of our country. This paper adopts several research methods, such as literature research, case study, system science, cross-disciplinary research and so on. First of all, the classical residential area planning thought and the residential area public space design theory at home and abroad are sorted out, the open analysis of the residential building mode in recent years is carried out, and the existing problems are analyzed in combination with the typical residential district public space design cases in the small and medium-sized cities. Then it summarizes four main contents of public space design of open residential area, such as transportation system, public facilities, living space and landscape green space. Finally, in view of the problems encountered in the design and construction of open residential areas in small and medium-sized cities, the corresponding strategies are put forward from the aspects of the integrity of residential public space, the pluralistic order and the construction of neighborhood space.
