西安民间金融街硬质景观元素的艺术形态研究

【摘要】：随着西安国际化大都市城市发展战略规划目标,以及“丝绸之路经济带”的建设,西安作为“古丝绸之路”起点,历史文化底蕴深厚,西安又是我国内陆最大的中心城市之一,因此促进西安发展是加速西北发展的关键。西安市民间金融街的建设,改变了以往旧城改造模式,创新理念思维,拓展了城市改造新思路,从而加快了区域基础设施建设及经济与文化共同发展。从景观设计的角度讲,西安民间金融街作为西北第一条金融街,特别是在硬质景观元素的设计方面,其独特的硬质景观成为西安市新城区的一大亮点。本文将西安民间金融街的独特硬质景观元素的艺术形态作为研究对象,根据传统商业街历史文化特点,密切贯穿西安民间金融街的金融公共性、金融商业性、金融特色性、区域文脉性等特征和环保理念,结合相关理论知识分别对西安民间金融街的步行环境、车行环境及景观小品中的硬质景观元素的设计进行系统化、理论化的分析与推导。从实证角度出发,探索以金融业态为主的商业步行街规划设计的理论与方法。争取为以后其他金融街的建设、特色街区建设,旧城改造等项目提供理论支持与经验总结。西安民间金融街作为西安特色街区改造的成功案例,将有效制约旧街区改造过程中面临的各种资源浪费,重复建设,规划不合理等问题。为西安特色街区的改造建设提供新思路和新途径,从而为特色街区建设、旧城改造中硬质景观的设计奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the strategic planning goal of Xi'an 's international metropolis and the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt", Xi'an, as the starting point of "ancient Silk Road", has profound historical and cultural heritage, and Xi'an is one of the largest central cities in the interior of China. Therefore, to promote the development of Xi'an is the key to accelerate the development of Northwest China. The construction of private financial street in Xi'an has changed the old city transformation mode, innovated the idea thought, expanded the new thought of the city transformation, thus quickened the regional infrastructure construction and the common development of economy and culture. From the point of view of landscape design, Xi'an Folk Financial Street as the first financial street in Northwest China, especially in the design of hard landscape elements, its unique rigid landscape has become a bright spot in Xi'an New City. Based on the historical and cultural characteristics of the traditional commercial street, this paper takes the artistic form of the unique hard landscape elements of Xi'an Folk Financial Street as the research object, and closely runs through the financial publicity, financial commercial and financial characteristics of Xi'an Folk Financial Street. With the characteristics of regional context and the concept of environmental protection, the paper systematizes, theorizes and deduces the design of the walking environment, the vehicle environment and the hard landscape elements in Xi'an Folk Financial Street with the relevant theoretical knowledge. From an empirical point of view, this paper explores the theory and method of planning and design of commercial pedestrian street based on financial form. To provide theoretical support and experience summary for the construction of other financial streets, the construction of characteristic blocks and the reconstruction of old cities. As a successful case of the reconstruction of Xi'an characteristic district, Xi'an Folk Financial Street will effectively restrict the waste of resources, repeated construction, unreasonable planning and so on. It provides new ideas and new ways for the reconstruction and construction of Xi'an characteristic blocks, thus laying a foundation for the design of hard landscape in the construction of characteristic blocks and the reconstruction of old cities.
