英谈村历史建筑保护与利用研究

【摘要】：在城镇化发展的今天,传统文化背景下的村落历史建筑保护与利用问题是村落发展规划中所面临的主要问题。本文以英谈村历史建筑保护与利用为案例分析对象,研究英谈村历史建筑保护和开发的相关问题,进而总结经验,寻求历史文化名村建筑保护与利用的模式,同时为河北乃至全国其他古村镇建设发展提供借鉴。太行山独特的地理风貌造就了英谈村的布局形态,明显可以看出我国古代阴阳五行、风水文化对村落建筑选址的影响,其中的各类历史建筑保存风貌较好,英谈村是集堂院文化、河桥文化、抗战文化为一体的太行山区红石寨,具有极高的自然景观价值和历史文化研究价值。英谈村具有较为完整的红石寨风貌景观,拥有数量丰富的石头民居,这些民居依山势而建,参差错落,层次感极强,加上独具特色的石头城墙、城门等各类石质建筑和用具,这些都体现着河北西部山区的地方民居建筑群落的独特风貌,具有很强的代表性。此外,英谈村的“堂”建筑也是我们研究中国古代社会宗法等级制度的一个极好样本。但英谈村历史建筑的保护与利用也存在着诸多制约性因素,比如村庄基础设施水平低,污水垃圾污染现象严重,部分民居建筑质量较差等,因此有必要制定保护和发展规划。为切实保护英谈村富有地方特色的历史建筑,在对建筑年代、风貌、质量分析的基础上,充分考虑村落现状和可操作性,建筑保护整治坚持分类保护,尽量“不动”的规划理念,提出古村落内不同类建筑的保护与整治模式。在不改变古村落传统空间布局结构、不变更建筑功能前提下,提出历史建筑的保护措施,同时要集约利用土地、改善基础设施和生活服务设施、发展旅游休闲度假产业,要从历史街巷、历史环境要素、非物质文化遗产等几个方面开展保护工作,并确立区域发展、联动发展的思路,将英谈村的历史建筑保护发展置于时代发展的大背景下来审视和定位。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the protection and utilization of village historical buildings under the background of traditional culture is the main problem in village development planning. This paper takes the protection and utilization of the historic buildings in Yingtan Village as the case study object, studies the related problems of the protection and development of the historical buildings in Yingtan Village, and then sums up the experience and seeks the mode of protection and utilization of the historic and cultural famous villages. At the same time for Hebei and even other ancient villages and towns construction and development to provide reference. The unique geographical features of Taihang Mountain have brought up the layout of Yingtan Village. It is obvious that the influence of ancient Yin-yang and Wuxing elements, geomantic culture on the location of village architecture is obvious, and all kinds of historical buildings are better preserved. Yingtan Village is a Hongshi village in Taihang Mountain area which integrates the culture of Tang Yuan, River Bridge and Anti-Japanese War. It has high natural landscape value and historical and cultural research value. Yingtan Village has a relatively complete landscape of the Hongshi walled village, with a rich number of stone houses. These houses are built according to the mountains, are uneven, have a strong sense of hierarchy, and have unique stone walls, city gates, and various kinds of stone buildings and utensils. These all reflect the unique style and features of the local residential architecture community in the western mountainous area of Hebei Province, and have very strong representativeness. In addition, the "Tang" architecture of Yingtan Village is an excellent sample for us to study the patriarchal hierarchy in ancient Chinese society. However, there are many restrictive factors in the protection and utilization of the historic buildings in Yingtan Village, such as the low level of village infrastructure, the serious pollution of sewage garbage, the poor quality of some residential buildings, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate protection and development plans. In order to protect the historical buildings with local characteristics in Yingtan Village, on the basis of the analysis of the architectural age, style and quality, the present situation and operability of the villages are fully considered, and the conservation and renovation of the buildings adhere to the classification protection. As far as possible "immovable" planning idea, put forward the protection and renovation mode of different kinds of buildings in ancient villages. On the premise of not changing the traditional spatial layout structure of ancient villages and changing the functions of buildings, this paper puts forward the protection measures of historical buildings, and at the same time, we should make intensive use of land, improve infrastructure and living service facilities, and develop tourism, leisure and vacation industries. It is necessary to carry out protection work from several aspects, such as historical streets and alleys, historical environmental elements, intangible cultural heritage, etc., and establish the train of thought of regional development and linkage development. The protection and development of the historical buildings in Yingtan Village are examined and positioned under the background of the development of the times.
