莱州市王家村景观规划设计实践探析

【摘要】：现代化城市的高速发展使乡村有了巨大的变化,农村建设问题引起国家政府的重视和人们的广泛关注,党中央提出了一系列关于农村建设的目标和任务,要求加强整治乡村环境和提升生活质量,创建美丽乡村。如何在城市现代化建设迅猛发展的背景下运用景观规划相关理论实现乡村人居环境、景观环境的优化,是急需解决和探讨的问题。论文在明确“乡村景观规划设计”概念的基础上,以乡村景观规划为主要研究对象,对乡村发展的价值和存在的问题进行深入分析。通过了解当代乡村景观规划的研究价值和方向,运用相关领域知识,在分析成功案例的实践经验基础上,对莱州市王家村的景观规划设计实践进行探索。通过分析王家村的现状及存在的问题和不足,对乡村景观规划建设提出合理化建议并提出莱州市王家村景观规划设计的具体方案。本文的创新之处在于运用规划学、现代景观学等相关理论知识,以2015年中央一号文件中提出的整治农村人居环境,传承乡村文明,创建美丽乡村的任务及山东省“乡村记忆工程”和新农村建设的相关要求为切入点,构建乡村景观规划设计系统理论。通过对具体乡村——莱州市王家村的规划设计实践,总结出关于乡村景观规划的方法策略,为今后的新农村建设提供理论支持和参考,为广大村民提供舒适、宜居的乡村环境,使乡村以崭新的面貌展现在人们面前。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern cities has made great changes in rural areas. The problems of rural construction have attracted the attention of the national government and people. The CPC Central Committee has put forward a series of goals and tasks for rural construction. To strengthen the improvement of rural environment and improve the quality of life, create beautiful villages. Under the background of the rapid development of urban modernization, it is urgent to solve and discuss how to use the theory of landscape planning to realize the optimization of rural human settlements and landscape environment. On the basis of defining the concept of "rural landscape planning and design", this paper takes rural landscape planning as the main research object, and deeply analyzes the value and existing problems of rural development. Through understanding the research value and direction of contemporary rural landscape planning and using relevant field knowledge, this paper explores the landscape planning and design practice of Wangjia Village in Laizhou City on the basis of analyzing the practical experience of successful cases. Based on the analysis of the present situation, existing problems and shortcomings of Wang Jia Village, the rational suggestions for rural landscape planning and construction are put forward, and the concrete scheme of landscape planning and design of Wang Jia Village in Laizhou City is put forward. The innovation of this paper lies in the use of relevant theoretical knowledge such as planning, modern landscape science, and so on, in order to renovate the rural human settlements environment and inherit rural civilization, as proposed in the first document of the Central Committee in 2015. The task of creating beautiful villages and the requirements of rural memory engineering and new rural construction in Shandong Province are the starting points to construct the system theory of rural landscape planning and design. Through the planning and design practice of Wang Jia Village in Laizhou City, this paper summarizes the methods and strategies of rural landscape planning, provides theoretical support and reference for the construction of new countryside in the future, and provides comfortable and livable rural environment for the broad masses of villagers. So that the village in a new face before the people.
