暮云十九厂景观改造设计

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国工业化程度的深入,经济的蓬勃发展,绿色环保、城市文脉的传承逐渐得到重视。对于城市文化脉络和工业精神的追求,也出于对环境保护和生态绿色的需要。当下的工业园区改造设计,在全国乃至全球范围内兴起了一股热潮。在利用和改造工业厂区的方式中,改造成为工业景观园林,较其他类型的景观园区更具备绿色环保,经济实惠,地价地租优廉的特点。就多种改造方案而言,将工业园区通过景观改造成为城市绿地和景观园林的硬件门槛要求较宽松,即是工业区改造成城市公园。具有再利用率高,利用方式较为自由,经济环保等多重优势。经济的发展催生了对城市空间改造和功能上重置的需求。网络技术的进步弱化了工业区改造景观的地理区位可能存在的劣势。人民群众日益提高的对环境和生活品质的要求,让谋求环保改造再利用的方案有了更多发掘空间。在保存和维护,设计和修改,记录和抹去中做出取舍,使一次改造方案能谋求多重的收益,是改造设计的重中之重。本文将以暮云十九厂为媒介,通过景观改造设计为主,工业园区改良方案为辅,探讨工业园区再利用的合理方式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of industrialization and the vigorous development of economy, green environmental protection and the inheritance of urban context have been paid more and more attention. The pursuit of urban culture and industrial spirit is also out of the need of environmental protection and ecological green. At present, the transformation and design of industrial parks has risen an upsurge in the whole country and even around the world. In the way of utilizing and reforming the industrial factory area, the transformation into the industrial landscape garden has the characteristics of green environmental protection, economic benefit and excellent and cheap land price rent compared with other types of landscape park. As far as a variety of transformation schemes are concerned, the hardware threshold of transforming industrial park into urban green space and landscape garden through landscape transformation is relatively loose, that is, industrial zone is transformed into urban park. It has many advantages, such as high reuse rate, free utilization mode, economic and environmental protection and so on. The development of economy has given birth to the demand for urban spatial transformation and functional replacement. The progress of network technology weakens the possible disadvantages of the geographical location of the reconstruction landscape in industrial areas. The increasing requirements for the environment and quality of life of the people have made more room for the plan of environmental protection transformation and reuse. It is the most important thing to make trade-offs in preservation and maintenance, design and modification, recording and erasing, so that a transformation scheme can seek multiple benefits. This paper will take Twiliyun Nineteen Factory as the medium, mainly through the landscape transformation design, supplemented by the improvement scheme of the industrial park, and explore the reasonable way of reuse of the industrial park.
