中国绘画艺术品价格模型研究

【摘要】:艺术品市场是文化产业中的重要组成部分,绘画作品市场占据艺术品市场中最主要的份额。艺术品作为典型的异质产品,国外学者以定量研究方法为主,利用特征价格模型对艺术品价格及单个艺术家作品价格的特征因素构成进行研究。目前中国相关研究未能系统展开,特别是运用特征价格模型研究绘画艺术品价格的研究成果很少。本文首先梳理了国内外常用的绘画作品价格方法。然后根据雅昌艺术网中国画市场拍卖数据,结合中国画坛和拍卖市场的具体情况,选取艺术作品特征、艺术家特征、拍卖机构特征三个层次的9个特征变量作为影响绘画艺术品价格的因素,通过数据整合分类和量化处理,最终建立中国绘画艺术品价格模型。通过该模型和数据的收集,估算出这些特征变量的价格系数,验证了中国绘画艺术品价格与特征变量之间的关系,并将中国绘画艺术品价格模型应用于实践。本文主要得出以下结论:在得到的价格模型中,通过检验将“艺术家创作年龄”特征变量从方程剔除;10位艺术家的绘画作品中,吴冠中的作品价格最高,白雪石最低;对作品价格模型系数的研究表明,“尺寸”对价格影响最大,“著录”次之,“画龄”第三,“拍卖日期”影响较小;在作品题材中,山水画题材价格最高,人物画题材较花鸟画题材稍显优势;已经去世的艺术家作品价格普遍较高;香港佳士得拍出的作品价格最高;2010-2014年间创作的作品售价最高;在模型的实际运用中,陈佩秋个人作品数据的差值占实际成交价对数值的0.1%,价格估算准确度最高。绘画艺术品价格还受到宏观因素、艺术家和艺术作品因素、收藏和投资者的非理性因素的影响。
[Abstract]:The art market is an important part of the cultural industry, and the art market occupies the most important share of the art market. As a typical heterogeneous product, foreign scholars focus on quantitative research methods. Using the feature price model to study the characteristic factors composition of the art price and the price of a single artist's work. At present, the relevant research in China has not been carried out systematically. In particular, there are few research results on the price of painting art using the characteristic price model. This paper firstly combs the common methods of price of painting works both at home and abroad. Then, according to the auction data of Yachang Art net Chinese painting market, Combined with the concrete situation of the Chinese painting world and auction market, nine characteristic variables of three levels, namely, the characteristics of art works, the characteristics of artists and the characteristics of auction agencies, are selected as the factors influencing the price of painting works of art. Through data integration, classification and quantification, the price model of Chinese painting art is established. Through the model and data collection, the price coefficients of these characteristic variables are estimated. This paper verifies the relationship between the price of Chinese painting art and the characteristic variables, and applies the price model of Chinese painting art to practice. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: in the price model, Through the test, the characteristic variable of "artist's creation age" is excluded from the equation of 10 artists' painting works, Wu Guanzhong's works price is the highest, Bai Xueshi is the lowest. The research on the price model coefficient of the works shows that "size" has the greatest influence on the price, "description" takes the second place, "painting age" is the third, "auction date" has less influence, and the landscape painting theme has the highest price among the works. Figure painting has a slight advantage over flower-and-bird painting; art works that have passed away are generally more expensive; Christie's works in Hong Kong are at the highest price and the price of works created between 2010 and 2014 is the highest; in the practical use of the model, The difference of Chen Peiqiu's personal work data accounts for 0.1 of the actual logarithmic value of the transaction price, and the accuracy of price estimation is the highest. The price of painting works is also affected by macro factors, artists and works of art factors, collection and irrational factors of investors.
