关联理论视角下的朱德庸漫画中言语幽默研究

【摘要】：幽默是人类独有的能力，在日常生活和社交中起着重要作用。幽默的形式多种多样，言语幽默为其主要形式。作为一种语言现象，言语幽默深受语言学家的青睐。语言学研究者对言语幽默的研究涵盖句法学、语义学及修辞学等层面。语用学中，斯珀伯与威尔逊提出的关联理论对明示推理交际有强大的的解释力。国内外学者从关联理论视角对言语幽默进行过大量研究，虽然成果丰硕，但从未涉及对漫画中言语幽默的研究。朱德庸的四格漫画集绘画与语言为一体，通过幽默调侃的口吻为我们展现了当代都市人扭曲的价值观、爱情观以及婚姻观。基于此，本文试图以关联理论为理论框架，对朱德庸漫画中的言语幽默进行研究。本文从朱德庸的3部脍炙人口的漫画作品中收集了大量例子，并主要采用定性研究方法从关联理论视角对这些例子中言语幽默的解读机制进行逐一分析。旨在解决如下问题：（1）朱德庸漫画中言语幽默的解读机制是什么？（2）为实现最终的幽默意图，幽默语篇中运用了哪些语言学手段？本文经分析发现，（1）幽默语篇为实现其引人发笑的信息意图，会通过设置隐性含义或者突然转变认知语境来制造最大关联和最佳关联的乖讹。而读者则要通过付出额外的认知努力建立妙语与旧定识之间的最佳关联，发现隐含义，消解乖讹，最终获得理想的认知效果。（2）同时，这些幽默语篇为了实现其信息意图，巧妙地运用了各种语言学手段，即：修辞、语义学和音系学手段。读者最终幽默认知效果的获得多数取决于对这些语言学技巧的成功识解。其中，，修辞手段包括隐喻、反讽以及双关。语义特征的巧妙运用则包括故意曲解以及一词多义现象；另外，音系学特征则是通过押尾韵实现的。本研究拓宽了言语幽默的研究范围,在一定程度上增强了关联理论的解释力,不仅能帮助读者更好地理解幽默，而且也可以对言语幽默创作提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Humor is the unique ability of human beings and plays an important role in daily life and social interaction. Humor has a variety of forms and verbal humor is its main form. Verbal humor is favored by linguists. The study of verbal humor by linguistic researchers covers the aspects of syntax, semantics and rhetoric. The relevance theory proposed by Sperber and Wilson has a strong explanatory power for ostensive-inferential communication. Scholars at home and abroad have done a great deal of research on verbal humor from the perspective of relevance theory. But it has never been involved in the study of verbal humor in comics. Zhu Deyong's four-case comics, which combine painting with language, show us the distorted values, love, and marriage of contemporary urbanites through humorous humor. Based on relevance theory, this paper attempts to study verbal humor in Zhu Deyong's comics. This paper collects a large number of examples from three popular comic books by Zhu Deyong. This paper mainly uses qualitative research method to analyze the interpretation mechanism of verbal humor in these examples from the perspective of relevance theory. The purpose of this study is to solve the following problem: 1) what is the interpretation mechanism of verbal humor in Zhu Deyong's comics? (2) in order to achieve the ultimate humorous intention, what linguistic means are used in humorous discourse? In this paper, it is found that humorous discourse is intended to make people laugh. By setting the implicit meaning or changing the cognitive context suddenly to create the maximum relevance and the best relevance error. And the reader has to make extra cognitive efforts to establish the best association between the witty words and the old knowledge, and find the implicit meaning. At the same time, in order to realize their information intention, these humorous discourses use various linguistic means, that is, rhetoric. The acquisition of readers' ultimate cognitive effects of humor depends on the successful understanding of these linguistic techniques. Among them, rhetorical devices include metaphors. The skillful use of semantic features includes intentional misinterpretation and polysemy, and phonological features are realized by rhyming. This study broadens the research scope of verbal humor and enhances the explanatory power of relevance theory to a certain extent. It can not only help readers to understand humor better, but also provide reference for verbal humor creation.
