现代“陶艺铁绘”瓷板画的实践创作与应用性研究

【摘要】:本文内容从宋代北方最大的民窑磁州窑进行深入展开,在借鉴和学习的基础上,通过一系列的实验,把实验和设计创作相结合,逐步丰富和完善陶艺铁绘这一陶瓷新领域。这种实验包含了对使用材料的选择、烧制温度、氧化铁溶液的涂抹厚度等方面;设计创作包含了装饰手法上、材料应用、瓷板画的创作、实际应用等内容。本论文包含了陶艺铁绘风格的演变过程、陶艺铁绘的烧制温度与色彩的关系、氧化铁材料的呈色比较研究、陶艺铁绘瓷板画的制作与应用研究几个方面对陶艺铁绘的内容进行阐述。 首先,本文通过陶艺铁绘的两个实验分别获得了实验结论,整理归纳出陶艺铁绘的温度控制与烧制结果之间的对比结果;通过氧化铁呈色剂的呈色试验得出氧化铁的厚度对烧制结果的影响,并针对每个试验进行了详细的方案设计,并对试验过程进行了详细的论述和举例论证,进一步完善了陶艺铁绘的科学性。 其次,将试验的结论运用到实践创作上,实践创作了一系列的陶艺铁绘瓷板画,这些瓷板画分为六大类共九种装饰方法,这九种装饰方法均属于陶艺铁绘试验性的创作,是理论与实践的结合,充分证明了陶艺铁绘实践的重要性和对实际应用的可借鉴作用。 论文最后部分介绍了陶艺铁绘陶瓷作品的实际应用,主要是作为壁画的应用部分,并列举了实例加以阐述。而这些实例也充分证明了陶艺铁绘的应用价值,进行研究的可持续性。本文通过对现代陶瓷陶艺铁绘的及其相关领域的研究,理论联系实际,实现了陶瓷绘画材料的扩展性,并发展了陶瓷瓷板画的创作领域。通过不断的研究扩展更多领域的应用,在陶瓷创作领域有新突破,为陶瓷创作提供更加系统化的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Based on a series of experiments, this paper combines experiment and design creation to enrich and perfect the new ceramic field of ceramic art, iron painting, based on the deep development of Cizhou kiln, the largest Minyao kiln in the north of Song Dynasty, and on the basis of reference and study, through a series of experiments, the experiment and design creation are combined together to enrich and perfect this new ceramic field. This experiment includes the selection of using materials, firing temperature, the thickness of iron oxide solution smear, etc. The design and creation includes decoration techniques, material application, porcelain painting creation, practical application and so on. This paper includes the evolution process of ceramic iron painting style, the relationship between firing temperature and color of ceramic iron painting, and the comparative study of iron oxide material color. Research on the making and Application of Ceramics with Iron drawing the content of ceramic iron painting is expounded. Firstly, through the two experiments of ceramic iron painting, the experimental conclusions are obtained, and the results of comparison between the temperature control of ceramic iron painting and the firing results are summarized. The influence of the thickness of ferric oxide on the firing result is obtained by the color test of iron oxide coloring agent, and the detailed scheme design for each experiment is carried out, and the test process is discussed in detail and illustrated with examples. Further improve the scientific nature of ceramic iron painting. Secondly, the conclusion of the experiment is applied to the practical creation, which has created a series of ceramic iron-painted porcelain plate paintings, which are divided into six categories and nine decorative methods, all of which belong to the experimental creation of ceramic art iron-drawing. It is the combination of theory and practice, which fully proves the importance of the practice of ceramic iron drawing and its reference to practical application. The last part of the paper introduces the practical application of ceramic iron painted ceramic works, mainly as the application of murals, and enumerates examples to illustrate. These examples also fully prove the application value of ceramic iron painting and the sustainability of research. Based on the research of modern ceramic art and its related fields, this paper combines theory with practice, realizes the expansibility of ceramic painting material, and develops the creative field of ceramic plate painting. Through continuous research and expansion of more fields of application, there are new breakthroughs in the field of ceramic creation, and provide more systematic theoretical guidance for ceramic creation.
