通渭书画文化的精神内涵及其教育功能研究

【摘要】：甘肃省通渭县是大西北渭河北岸支流——散渡河上游的一个总人口四十多万，百分之九十多是农业人口的国家级贫困县，“陇中苦瘠甲天下，通渭苦瘠甲陇中。”是对通渭的准确描述。改革开放以来，通渭成为文化部首次命名的6个“中国书画艺术之乡”之一，先后以“翰墨飘香之地”“中国书法艺术之乡”而闻名。“通渭人个个爱书画，人人练书画，家家挂书画”,其蔚为壮观的全民崇尚书画之风，引得贾平凹、汪国真、刘艺、李巍、张立奎、郭子绪、刘炳森、欧阳中石、张绪光等国家级书画艺术家和文化名人来通渭讲学献艺，交流采风；其日益兴隆的书画交流集散活动，也使得藏家商贾云集，书画名家荟萃，书画产业欣欣向荣。一片贫瘠的土地，竟生长出文化奇葩——“通渭书画文化”。通渭书画文化不仅带动当地经济发展，更重要的是书画文化在社会结构中的积极作用。起着社会整合功能和道德教化功能及人格塑造功能以及行为约束功能和精神激励功能，对当地社会精神文明建设起着举足轻重的作用，，成为当地群众的主要精神食粮。文章主要包括以下几个部分：绪论：概说选题的缘由与研究意义，评述相关学术前史，介绍研究方法与思路等。第一章介绍甘肃通渭书画文化现象产生的原因，书画发展史以及通渭书画的创作、消费和收藏等。第二章论述通渭书画文化蕴含的精神价值及其书画文化在社会结构中的积极作用。第三章甘肃通渭书画产业发展的机遇与挑战及书画文化产业化的重要意义。第四章发展和繁荣通渭书画文化的思路，提高认识、发挥优势、优化条件、加强领导及创新书画文化及产业管理与服务规制。本文结语部分对全文进行了总结概括，综述了通渭书画文化的精神内涵和发展的机遇与挑战。
