动画创作中动物角色造型设计的拟人化研究

【摘要】:动画中的动物长相千姿百态,在动画中呈现出的造型则是被拟人化的,“拟人”是动物角色造型设定的一条普遍规律。而作为对动画的创作者而言,我们更关心的是动物角色造型的方法有哪些。在综合世界各国优秀的动物角色动画,以及自身的创作经历基础上,笔者提出一些关于动物角色造型设计拟人化的具体手法,分为造型拟人,表情拟人,情感拟人。 写实类的动画风格中的动物角色拟人化处理要求体现这些动物最明显的特点,在比例,外形上没有绝对的夸张和简化。让人一眼能看出所塑造动物角色的属性。人和很多哺乳动物或者鸟类的面部都是对称构造,所以“对称”是写实类动物角色塑造较为明显的一个特点。另外,人和大多数常见动物很多外形特点比较近似,比如人和猫,狗,牛,马,狮子,鸟,鱼都是两只眼睛,一个嘴巴,甚至都有两个鼻孔……这些共同的特点有时候会让我们不由自主的把人和动物的长相造型联系到一起。把原始动物的特点,和人类的某些特点结合,发挥想象力,大胆的做一些简化和稍微的夸张出来,增加一些细节处理在赋予角色相应的人类性格和心理活动,就可以写实的达到该动物角色造型的拟人化。比如设定一只狐狸,把一只狐狸原来的形象简化到只有简单轮廓和五官,把该狐狸角色外形向一个女人面部和身体特征稍作夸张改动,把头部的毛发画长一些,形成女人时尚的发型。鼻子嘴巴拉长一些,眼睛睫毛加假定出尖长,下巴的感觉,并给狐狸涂上唇彩。把狐狸的身子也做简化和夸张处理,形成年轻女性丰乳肥臀般的线条,一副写实风格拟人化的“狐狸精”的角色就出来了,至于如何深入,如何完善,还要继续推敲。 现实中的动物本身是没有好坏,美丑,优劣之分。但一些动物用在动画中作为一个有身份,有意义的角色,在角色设定师眼里自然而然的就有了一定的界限。这也是人主观审美对动物角色设定的影响。比如一些动物在动画片中自然而然的就有了一定的派别划分。熊猫,兔子,羊,猫,狗,鸡,等大部分食草动物,或是和人类关系较为密切的动物入选动画角色的概率都会比较高,而且它们也大多数时候被设定为正面角色。而一些令人听起来就感觉不太舒服的动物比如蛇,鳄鱼,老虎,鲨鱼,秃鹫,狼等,这一类动物或是长相不太符合人类的审美标准,亦或是与生俱来的令人生畏的性格和行为,让他们拥有做反面角色的绝佳天赋。 动物角色的动作,表情,肢体语言等大多是以人的行为动作为参考依据的,所以在设定动物角色动作拟人化过程中,需要不断揣摩,使其既符合人的运动规律,又适合所要描述的动物角色身体构造,从而达到一个适度的动作效果。
[Abstract]:Animals in animation have a variety of looks, but the models presented in animation are personified. "personification" is a universal rule of animal character modeling. As the creator of animation, we are more concerned about the animal character modeling methods. On the basis of synthesizing the outstanding animations of animal characters and their own creative experiences, the author puts forward some concrete methods of personification of animal role modeling design, which can be divided into personification, facial expression and emotional personification. The personification of animal characters in realistic animation style needs to embody the most obvious characteristics of these animals, and there is no absolute exaggeration and simplification in proportion and shape. Give a person a glimpse of the attributes of the animal character being shaped. People and many mammals or birds have symmetrical faces, so "symmetry" is an obvious feature of realistic animal characters. In addition, people and most common animals many appearance characteristics are similar, such as people and cats, dogs, cattle, horses, lions, birds, fish are two eyes, a mouth, and even have two nostrils. These common features can sometimes make us involuntarily associated with the looks of humans and animals. Combining the characteristics of primitive animals with some of the characteristics of human beings, using imagination, boldly doing some simplification and a little exaggeration, adding some details to deal with the corresponding human character and psychological activities given to the character. Can realistically achieve the personification of the animal role modeling. For example, set up a fox, simplify the original image of a fox to a simple outline and features, make a slight exaggeration of the shape of the fox character to the face and body characteristics of a woman, and paint the hair of the head longer. Fashion hairstyles for women. The nose and mouth are elongated, the eyelashes of the eyes are assumed to be pointed and chin, and the fox is painted with lip gloss. The fox's body was also simplified and exaggerated to form the lines of young women's breasts and buttocks, and the role of a realistic personified "fox" came out. As for how to go deep and how to perfect it, we still had to continue to study it. In reality, animals themselves are not good or bad, beautiful and ugly, good or bad. But some animals are used in animation as an identity, meaningful character, in the role setter's eyes naturally has a certain boundary. This is also the impact of human subjective aesthetics on animal role setting. For example, some animals in the animation naturally have a certain faction division. Pandas, rabbits, sheep, cats, dogs, chickens, and most herbivores, or more closely related to humans, are more likely to be cast as animated characters, and most of the time they are set to be positive characters. And some animals that sound uncomfortable, such as snakes, crocodiles, tigers, sharks, vultures, wolves, and so on, either don't fit in with human aesthetic standards, or are born with formidable personalities and behaviors. Give them a great talent for being a villain. The movements, expressions, and body language of animal roles are mostly based on human behavior, so in the process of establishing personification of animal role actions, we need to constantly figure out how to make them conform to the laws of human movement. It is also suitable for the description of the animal character body structure, thus achieving a moderate action effect.
