[Abstract]:In the Tang and Song dynasties, the women in the picture either enjoy flowers, or play dogs, or blow flute, or Fusqin, or contemplate overlooking, or self-pity, however, they do not read. In the history of our civilization, the more common female reading is a very late phenomenon. In the middle and late Ming Dynasty, with the appearance of large-scale printing, the publishing industry flourished and female readers appeared in large numbers. ~ (1) the aesthetic standards of women in ~ (1) society also changed at this time: from the perspective of compatibility.
