基于政治美学的视角:民族复兴就是民族威仪的建构

【摘要】：实现中华民族的伟大复兴是"中国梦"主要目的之一,那么民族复兴在经验感受上会给予人们什么样的形象呢?这显然属于政治美学所要探索的重要课题。从政治美学视角考量的话,中华民族的伟大复兴在形象呈现上就是民族威仪的建构,其具体内容表现在"威""德""文"三个方面,它们构成了一个复兴民族的民族形象。"威"表现为中华民族通过强大的国防和经济实力彰显出来的民族威严,"德"表现为中华民族乐善好施的民族精神,"文"表现为中华民族偃武修文的民族风尚。民族威仪是"威""德""文"共同作用的统一体:"威"不是"文""德"的对立存在物,基于"文""德"的"威"必然带来国家和民族的繁荣兴盛;"德"既是对"威"的规定,又是"威"的手段和目的,"德"亦可生"威";"文"则是"威"和"德"的外化和昭示。以德服人、以文化人,是民族威仪的根本特色。
[Abstract]:The realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is one of the main purposes of "Chinese Dream", so what kind of image will the national rejuvenation give people in the sense of experience? This obviously belongs to the important subject that political aesthetics should explore. From the point of view of political aesthetics, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the construction of national prestige in image presentation, and its concrete content is manifested in three aspects: "Wei", "virtue" and "text", which constitute the national image of a rejuvenated nation. " "Wei" is the national prestige that the Chinese nation displays through its strong national defense and economic strength, "morality" is the national spirit of the Chinese nation's kindness and kindness, and "text" is the national custom of the Chinese nation. The national prestige is the unity of the common action of "Wei", "Germany" and "text": "Wei" is not the opposite existence of "text" and "virtue", and the "Wei" based on "text" and "virtue" will inevitably bring prosperity to the country and nation, and "morality" is not only the regulation of "Wei", It is the means and ends of "Wei", "virtue" can also give birth to "power", and "text" is the externalization and demonstration of "power" and "virtue". It is the fundamental characteristic of national prestige to win over people by virtue and culture.
