当代批判理论的审美反思——论维尔默的现代性美学理论

【摘要】：作为当代批判理论的代表人物之一,维尔默的现代性美学理论既得益于对法兰克福学派前辈理论家的审慎反思,也是对当代文化语境的积极回应。从真理与模仿、启蒙与大众以及现代与后现代的辩证关系等三个方面来考察,维尔默的现代性美学理论不仅是理解其后形而上学现代性理论的重要维度,也代表了批判理论在美学问题上的最新成果。从积极的方面看,维尔默拓展了批判理论的新思路,为批判理论在当代语境下发展提供了很好的理论设想;从消极的方面看,他对于现实的妥协远远超过了其前辈,乌托邦的视界永远消失了。
[Abstract]:As one of the representatives of contemporary critical theory, Wilmer's theory of modernity aesthetics not only benefited from careful reflection on the predecessors of Frankfurt School, but also a positive response to the contemporary cultural context. From the three aspects of truth and imitation, enlightenment and the public, and the dialectical relationship between modern and postmodernism, Wilmer's theory of modernity aesthetics is not only the important dimension of understanding the theory of metaphysical modernity, but also the dialectical relationship between modern and postmodernism. It also represents the latest achievement of critical theory on aesthetic issues. From a positive point of view, Wilmer expands the new thinking of critical theory, which provides a good theoretical assumption for the development of critical theory in the contemporary context, and from a negative point of view, his compromise to reality is far greater than that of his predecessors. The horizon of Utopia has disappeared forever.
