民族音乐治疗:一条跨学科研究音乐与治疗的路径

【摘要】：在非西方的萨满医疗实践中,仪式音乐节奏性地连接医者和患者,强化患者对信仰系统持有的信念并积极改善病人的生理疾患。但在早期西方主流心理治疗和生物医疗模式中,音乐却贬值到次要地位。单一医疗保健模式的局限性日益被认识,音乐等创造性艺术形式被应用于心理治疗和医疗干预中来。现代音乐治疗和传统萨满教音乐治疗的共同之处在于:在两种治疗模式中,音乐都是参与者力量的象征,都起到导引想象、促进康复的功能。但是,由于某种自我限制和偏见,萨满教音乐的治疗功能被视为历史遗产而加以摈弃。我们可以将萨满教音乐进行分析和改造之后,应用于现代音乐治疗临床实践的主流中。音乐治疗师、民族音乐学家、医学人类学家以及医护人员之间的合作,将促成一门新兴的整合型学科——"民族音乐治疗"。
[Abstract]:In the non Western shaman medical practice, ritual music connects doctors and patients rhythmically, strengthens the belief that the patient holds on the belief system and actively improves the patient's physical illness. But in the early western mainstream psychotherapy and biological medical model, music has devalued to a secondary position. The limitations of the single health care model are increasingly becoming more and more limited. Creative art forms such as understanding, music, etc. are applied to psychotherapy and medical intervention. The common feature of modern music therapy and traditional Shamanism music therapy is that music is a symbol of the power of participants in the two modes of treatment, all of which play the role of guiding imagination and promoting rehabilitation. But, because of some self restriction and Prejudice The therapeutic function of Shamanism is rejected as a historical legacy. We can analyze and transform Shamanism and apply it to the mainstream of clinical practice in modern music therapy. The cooperation between music therapists, national musicologists, medical anthropologists and medical workers will lead to a new integration. The subject - "national music therapy".
