【摘要】： 本文以河北开滦煤矿的音乐为研究内容,借助音乐学等诸多方法,根据对开滦煤矿音乐历史的分析和开滦煤矿音乐艺术特色通过对善歌的冀东与开滦煤矿;开滦矿与冀东民歌;戏曲与煤矿工人的业余生活;生机勃勃的新中国开滦矿工人音乐活动四个方面对重要的音乐现象、品种、人物、音乐和工人;音乐和管理层之间的关系进行研究。研究开滦矿音乐艺术,对于深化河北音乐史研究、丰富中国近代城市音乐与行业音乐文化建设,都是珍贵的史料。对于深入我国现代企业文化,特别是音乐艺术在现代企业文呼中的作用,丰富企业音乐文化内涵,完善音乐品种与结构,都有着积极的作用。
[Abstract]:This article takes the music of Kailuan coal mine in Hebei as the research content, with the help of musicology and many other methods, according to the analysis of the music history of Kailuan coal mine and the Kailuan coal mine, Kailuan mine and Kailuan mine, Kailuan mine and the eastern Hebei Folk Song, the amateur life of the Opera and the coal miners, and the lively new Kailuan miner people. The four aspects of music activities are important music phenomena, varieties, characters, music and workers; the study of the relationship between music and management. Culture, especially music art, plays a positive role in enriching the connotation of music culture and improving the variety and structure of music in modern enterprises.
