对河北省理工科院校公共音乐教育现状的调查分析与思考

【摘要】： 21世纪是知识经济时代,高等学校只有培养出基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的人才,才能适应新时期社会和经济发展的需要,素质教育正是在这一特定的时代背景下提出来的。素质教育意在尽最大可能发掘学生的潜能,努力让每个学生在其天赋允许的范围内得以充分发展,使之学会学习,学会生活。高校学子是祖国的希望,其素质的高低关系着祖国的未来。新世纪的到来,要求高等学校应该培养出不仅具有精深的专门知识,同时还应具有高层次的素质结构及创新能力的人才。音乐教育是全面推进素质教育的有效途径。《全国普通高等学校公共艺术课程指导方案》中规定:“公共艺术课程是为培养社会主义现代化建设所需要的高素质人才而设立的限定性选修课程,对于提高审美素养,培养创新精神和实践能力,塑造健全人格具有不可替代的作用。”音乐教育能促进大学生完美人格的形成,音乐教育对于培养科学创造性人才有着独特的作用,音乐教育是提高大学生智能水平的有效手段。 本文选取了河北科技大学、石家庄铁道学院、河北理工大学、河北建筑工程学院、河北工业职业技术学院六所理工科院校作为调查对象,运用问卷调查和访谈等方法对这六所理工科院校的公共音乐教育情况进行了调查分析,并进一步提出了相应的对策:转变教育观念,加强教师队伍建设,改进教学方法,完善课程设置等措施。以期对我省理工科院校公共音乐教育的发展提供一些参考建议。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. Colleges and universities can meet the needs of social and economic development in the new period only when they cultivate talents with solid foundation, wide knowledge, strong ability and high quality. Quality education is put forward under this particular background of the times. Quality-oriented education is intended to explore the students' potential as far as possible, and make every student develop fully within the limits of his talent, so that he can learn to study and live. College students are the hope of the motherland, its quality is related to the future of the motherland. With the coming of the new century, colleges and universities should cultivate talents who not only have profound specialized knowledge, but also have high quality structure and innovative ability at the same time. Music education is an effective way to promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way. The guiding Plan for Public Art courses in National institutions of higher Learning stipulates: "the public art curriculum is to train high-quality people needed for the socialist modernization drive." A limited elective course established before the end of the year, It plays an irreplaceable role in improving aesthetic literacy, cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability, and shaping sound personality. " Music education can promote the formation of perfect personality of college students. Music education plays a unique role in cultivating scientific creative talents. Music education is an effective means to improve the intelligence level of college students. In this paper, six universities of science and engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang Railway College, Hebei University of Technology, Hebei Institute of Architecture and Engineering, Hebei Polytechnic and Vocational College of Technology were selected as the objects of investigation. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the public music education in these six science and engineering colleges, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures: to change the educational concept, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and to improve the teaching methods. Improve the curriculum and other measures. In order to provide some reference suggestions for the development of public music education in science and engineering colleges in our province.
