从曾侯乙编钟看古代曲悬与轩悬制度

【摘要】：曾侯乙编钟、编磬所构成优美动听的金石之声,是曾国百乐之首,这类乐器可以形成立体效果和宏观场面,金声玉振的演奏可营造出隆重气氛。在古代礼、乐制度中对铸钟作乐也要加以限制并有具体规定,这种制度就是"乐悬制度"。悬即悬挂之意。三面挂钟者为诸侯,实际上曾侯乙编钟和编磬为三面曲尺形,即轩悬。用编磬摆放代替的一面,形成三面,即郑注引郑司农云"轩悬,三面,其形曲"。三面悬挂钟才是"曲尺形"的"轩悬"。
