行动研究在中师钢琴大课中的应用

【摘要】：行动研究是教师在教学的过程中对自己的教学观念、采用的教学方法、以及由此所产生的教学效果进行反思的过程。通过行动研究,教师在反思中重新审视自己的教学观念,探讨、研究和改进教学方法,从而进一步提高教学效果。本文详细地介绍了行动研究的概念和原理,首先针对在钢琴大课教学过程中进行行动研究的可能性和必要性进行了探讨和研究,其次根据国内外学者确立的行动研究的基本思想,提出了在钢琴大课课堂教学中实施行动研究的步骤和方法,并结合在钢琴大课教学中的行动研究实例进行了详尽的分析。本文分四部分: 第一部分,综述行动研究的定义、目的,行动研究的方法,应用的领域。对于行动研究的各个环节和研究方法进行了介绍。在教育实践活动过程中,教师需要一种将已有的教育教学理论与教育实践相结合的科研手段,而行动研究方法就能够满足这一要求。第二部分,采用问卷调查的形式,对长春市某师范学校的学生进行了调查,分析了存在的问题和产生的原因,探讨了教师在教育实践过程中,实施行动研究的意义与必要性。第三部分,对钢琴教师在教学过程中应用行动研究的可能性进行了论证,并在其他学者的研究基础上,提出了在钢琴大课课堂教学中进行行动研究的步骤和方法。第四部分,出示了两个完整的行动研究案例,具体分析了案例的每一个环节和步骤,进一步说明了在教学实践中如何运用行动研究方法去解决教师遇到的实际问题,以及在应用行动研究的过程中要注意的问题。
[Abstract]:Action research is a process in which teachers reflect on their own teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching effects. Teachers reexamine their teaching ideas, explore, study and improve teaching methods in order to further improve the teaching effect. This paper introduces the concept and principle of action research in detail. Firstly, it discusses the possibility and necessity of action research in the course of piano teaching. Secondly, according to the basic idea of action research established by scholars at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the steps and methods of implementing action research in piano class classroom teaching. And combined with the piano teaching in the course of action research examples carried out a detailed analysis. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part summarizes the definition, the purpose, the method of action research, the field of application of action research, and introduces the various links and research methods of action research. Teachers need a kind of scientific research means which combines the existing educational teaching theory with educational practice, and the action research method can meet this requirement. In the second part, the students of a normal school in Changchun are investigated by questionnaire, the existing problems and causes are analyzed, and the teachers in the process of educational practice are discussed. The significance and necessity of implementing Action Research. The third part demonstrates the possibility of applying action research to piano teachers in the teaching process, and on the basis of other scholars' research. This paper puts forward the steps and methods of action research in piano teaching. In the 4th part, two complete action research cases are presented, and each link and step of the case is analyzed in detail. It further explains how to use the method of action research to solve the practical problems encountered by teachers in teaching practice and the problems to be paid attention to in the process of applied action research.
