论音乐对服刑人员的教化作用

【摘要】：当前,监狱管理的改革已受到人们的重视,服刑人员的生存状态已引起社会广泛关注。随着科学技术的发展和心理科学研究的不断深入,音乐心理治疗在国外已经风行,在国内也开始实施。音乐心理治疗实际上是音乐所具有的心灵净化、教化作用的表现。 用音乐感化、改造服刑人员,已相继成为国内几大监狱所采用的人性化的管教手段,但到目前为止,从理论上系统研究音乐对服刑人员的教化的问题,并以此为切入点探讨监狱人性化管理模式的成果尚未见到。正是基于此,本文通过问卷、访谈等调查方式,运用资料文献搜查的方法,在充分占有信息资料的基础上,对服刑人员的现状作了较全面的分析,从而对于音乐在服刑人员改造中的作用进行比较系统的研究。本文围绕音乐的教化作用,在系统回顾、分析调查、统计与检验、对策研究等方面进行了客观深入的研究,以期对监狱人性化管理提供有效建议。本课题主要包括以下几部分: 1、重点探讨音乐的德育作用、美育作用及对心灵的净化作用,通过音乐重新树立服刑人员的世界观、人生观、价值观。 2、通过对国内几所监狱关于“音乐的教化作用”进行问卷式和座谈式的实证分析,做出详细的分析报告; 3、根据调查研究的分析报告,探讨对服刑人员实施音乐教育的目标、教育内容的选择及教育的主要途径。 本人认为,音乐教育是个切入点,它对于营造监狱文化氛围,促进监狱管理人性化有着举足轻重的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the reform of prison management has been paid attention to by people, and the living state of prisoners has aroused widespread concern in the society. With the development of science and technology and the deepening of psychological science research, music psychotherapy has become popular in foreign countries and began to be implemented in China. Music psychotherapy is actually the expression of spiritual purification and enlightenment of music. Using music to influence and reform prisoners has become a humanized means of discipline used in several major prisons in China, but so far, the problem of educating prisoners by music has been systematically studied in theory. And as a breakthrough point to explore the prison humanized management model of the results have not yet been seen. It is based on this, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods of investigation, using the method of literature search, on the basis of full possession of information materials, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis of the current situation of prisoners. Thus, the role of music in the transformation of prisoners is studied systematically. Focusing on the educational function of music, this paper makes an objective and in-depth study on the systematic review, analysis and investigation, statistics and inspection, and countermeasures, in order to provide effective suggestions for the humanized management of prison. This topic mainly includes the following parts: 1. It focuses on the moral education function of music, the role of aesthetic education and the purification of the soul, and re-establishes the world outlook, outlook on life and values of prisoners through music. 2. Through the empirical analysis of "the role of music education" in several prisons in China, a detailed analysis report is made. 3. According to the analysis report of the investigation and research, this paper probes into the goal of carrying out music education for prisoners, the choice of educational content and the main ways of education. In my opinion, music education is a starting point, which is of great significance to create prison culture atmosphere and promote humanization of prison management.
