遮光阻燃大提花装饰绸的开发

【摘要】：根据国内外市场的需求,顺应产品结构调整的趋向,研制开发具有国内先进水平的遮光阻燃大提花装饰绸。该产品以133.3dtex有光人丝作经起花,166.7dtex低弹涤纶丝作纬,大提花龙头织造,特别是经过遮光、阻燃后整理,使其具有一般装饰用绸所没有的独特优点。文章介绍了该产品设计的特点、生产工艺及主要技术问题。
[Abstract]:According to the demand of domestic and foreign markets and the trend of product structure adjustment, the paper developed the decorative silk with advanced level of light and flame retardant jacquard. The product was warped and bloomed with 133.3 Dtex glossy Rayon. 166.7 Dtex low elastic polyester yarn was weft, big jacquard tap woven, especially after shading, flame retardant finishing. This paper introduces the characteristics of the product design, production technology and main technical problems.
