【摘要】： 本文分析了全装修住宅工程项目质量管理的重要性。对全装修住宅工程项目土建—装修的设计质量管理和施工质量管理进行了系统的理论研究。并通过实例验证了理论研究的科学性和可行性。本文对全装修住宅在我国的推广现状及全装修住宅工程项目质量管理的重要性进行了细致深入的分析。对全装修住宅工程项目土建—装修的设计质量管理和施工质量管理进行了系统的理论研究。论述了全装修住宅工程项目设计质量的影响因素,设计质量管理的原则;设计质量控制的目标和内容。论述了全装修住宅工程项目施工全面质量管理;全装修住宅工程项目施工质量控制的原理、方法和工具。建立了全装修住宅工程项目质量模糊评判数学模型。将模糊数学的基本知识运用到全装修住宅工程项目质量管理中,建立了全装修住宅工程项目质量模糊评判数学模型,以便对项目质量进行综合评判。通过“丽阳天下全装修住宅小区”的土建—装修的设计质量管理和施工质量管理的成功实施,证明了本文理论研究的科学性和可行性。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the importance of quality management of fully decorated residential engineering projects, and makes a systematic theoretical study on the design quality management and construction quality management of fully decorated residential projects. The scientific nature and feasibility of theoretical research are discussed. In this paper, the present situation of the promotion of fully decorated housing in China and the importance of quality management of fully decorated housing project are analyzed in detail and deeply. This paper makes a systematic theoretical study on the design quality management and construction quality management of the fully decorated residential engineering project, and discusses the influencing factors of the design quality and the principles of the design quality management. The aim and content of design quality control are discussed in this paper, and the principle, method and tools of construction quality control of fully decorated residential engineering project are discussed. The fuzzy evaluation mathematical model of the quality of the fully decorated housing project is established, the basic knowledge of the fuzzy mathematics is applied to the quality management of the full decoration house project, and the fuzzy evaluation mathematical model of the quality of the whole decorated house project is established. In order to evaluate the quality of the project. Through the successful implementation of the design quality management and the construction quality management of "Liyang whole Decoration Residential District", this paper proves the scientific and feasibility of the theoretical research in this paper.
