无机装饰砂浆的改性及优化配比的研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,各行业新产品层出不穷,尤其在建筑业上体现的尤为明显,近年来我国在建筑行业取得了突出的进步,建筑砂浆的使用量迅速增加,其中,商品砂浆正越来越多地应用于建筑施工领域。所以商品砂浆的改性及应用已成为我国建筑行业发展的一种必然趋势。 商品砂浆的应用在我国建筑行业已经逐渐占到了主要地位,其中具有代表性的就是无机装饰砂浆的广泛应用,装饰砂浆主要由水泥、砂、石灰、石膏、钙粉、等无机材料构成,通过加入一定量的矿物颜料,涂抹在建筑表面起到装饰的效果。无机装饰砂浆作为一种环保型建筑材料,95%以上的成分为天然无机矿物成分满足了环保方面对材料的要求,同时装饰砂浆主要的粘结材料为水泥,在施工以及日后维护方面的成本要较其他墙体饰面材料低廉很多可以满足当前我国可持续发展的观点,综合考虑无机装饰砂浆在未来我国建筑材料行业将会得到大力的推广及应用。 虽然装饰砂浆具有很多优点,但是作为以水泥为粘结材料的砂浆却也有着不可避免的一些问题。通过对装饰砂浆在应用中出现的问题进行分析总结,为克服这些缺陷,在装饰砂浆中掺加不同种类的外加剂,可使材料的物理力学性能特别是力学性能和耐久性得到明显改善。本文通过对掺加了不同掺量的纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉、憎水剂等外加剂对装饰砂浆的性能进行测试,通过对测试结果的分析比较得出各种外加剂对装饰砂浆影响的规律及装饰砂浆最佳配合比,希望此配合比能对未来装饰砂浆的改进和应用起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, new products of various industries emerge in endlessly, especially in the construction industry. In recent years, China has made outstanding progress in the construction industry, the use of building mortar has increased rapidly, among which, Commercial mortar is more and more used in the field of construction. Therefore, the modification and application of commercial mortar has become an inevitable trend in the development of construction industry in China. The application of commercial mortar has gradually occupied the main position in the construction industry of our country, among which the representative one is the extensive application of inorganic decorative mortar, which is mainly composed of inorganic materials such as cement, sand, lime, gypsum, calcium powder, and other inorganic materials, such as cement, sand, lime, gypsum, calcium powder, etc. By adding a certain amount of mineral pigments, paint on the building surface to play the effect of decoration. As a kind of environmental protection building material, inorganic decorative mortar contains more than 95% of the natural inorganic mineral components to meet the requirements of environmental protection, and the main adhesive material for decorative mortar is cement. The cost of construction and maintenance in the future is much lower than that of other wall finishing materials, which can meet the current viewpoint of sustainable development in our country. Considering that inorganic decorative mortar will be popularized and applied in the construction material industry of our country in the future. Although the decorative mortar has many advantages, the cement mortar has some unavoidable problems. Through the analysis and summary of the problems in the application of decorative mortar, in order to overcome these defects, the physical and mechanical properties, especially the mechanical properties and durability of the materials can be improved obviously by adding different kinds of admixtures to the decorative mortar. In this paper, the properties of decorative mortar were tested by adding different amount of cellulose ether, redispersible emulsion powder, hydrophobic agent, etc. Through the analysis and comparison of the test results, the law of the influence of various admixtures on the decorative mortar and the optimum mix ratio of the decorative mortar are obtained. It is hoped that this mix ratio can play a certain role in the improvement and application of the decorative mortar in the future.
