北京业之峰装饰有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近几年来,随着商品住宅市场的发展和人民生活水平的提高,尤其是商品住房一次装修到位的政策的推行,住宅装饰装修业(简称家装业)受到社会各方的普遍关注,而家装业在我国还处于起步与初期发展阶段,,家装业还存在着许多问题。一次装修到位是克服家装行业零散状态的市场机遇,面对机遇和挑战,业之峰的发展战略是什么呢? 论文以北京业之峰为研究对象,首先回顾了战略的含义以及战略分析的几种方法。然后应用PEST分析对北京业之峰的企业外部宏观环境进行了分析,分析了我国家装行业的竞争态势,得出我国家装行业是一个壁垒很低,替代威胁很大、材料供应商处于劣势、消费者处于强势、业内竞争激烈的零散型行业。其次,应用SWOT分析,分析了业之峰的内部条件,外部环境,内部的优势、劣势以及外部的机会和威胁。并应用波特的五力模型分析了竞争结构。在此基础上,对北京业之峰的发展进行了战略实施的研究:提出了通过经营规模化、服务品牌化、产品差异化、战略合作化来提高业之峰的企业核心竞争能力。同时,提出了业之峰的长期、中期、短期的战略规划。 论文的研究成果对北京业之峰以及国内的家装企业的发展有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the commercial housing market and the improvement of the people's living standard, especially the implementation of the policy of the primary decoration of the commercial housing, the housing decoration industry (abbreviated as the household decoration industry) has received widespread attention from all sides of the society. And home decoration industry in our country is still in the initial stage of development, there are still many problems in the home decoration industry. A decoration in place is to overcome the scattered state of the home decoration industry market opportunities, facing opportunities and challenges, what is the development strategy of the peak of the industry? Firstly, this paper reviews the meaning of strategy and several methods of strategic analysis. Then using PEST analysis to analyze the external macro environment of Beijing Yichifeng enterprise, and analyze the competition situation of our domestic decoration industry. It is concluded that the domestic decoration industry of our country is a very low barrier, the substitution threat is very big, the material supplier is at a disadvantage. Consumers are in a strong, competitive fragmented industry. Secondly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal conditions, external environment, internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats. The competitive structure is analyzed by Porter's five-force model. On this basis, the development of Beijing Yizhifeng strategy implementation research: proposed through the management scale, service brand, product differentiation, strategic cooperation to improve the core competitiveness of Yichifeng enterprise. At the same time, put forward the long-term, medium-term, short-term strategic planning. The research results of this paper can be used for reference and reference to the development of Beijing Yichifeng and domestic home decoration enterprises.
